
Their Customer Care in the onboarding process is Top Tier! They have already set the bar high. From onboarding to customer support, my experience has been exceptional. Super user friendly design for both office and the driver use, it doesn’t get easier. I have had virtually no headaches during our transition. The one bug issue we had was resolved right away. Managing our fleet and managing our drivers has been so smooth. A breath of fresh air. Last but not lease, they are affordable even for a small outfit like ours. Growing our company is going to be a breeze!
What I like most is their Customer Care and their focus on equipment hauling and oversized equipment hauling aspects of the trucking industry. It’s almost as if it were designed just for us.
The ease of setting up heavy equipment hauling loads to creating an invoice to its connection ease with Quickbooks is very nice.
