The tests can be set up very easily and used in a standardized way. This makes candidates significantly more comparable. The onboarding process and the support from the team saved us a significant amount of time. We barely had to do any setup ourselves, just invited the candidates. By integrating Traitwise into our process, we were able to immediately filter out candidates who were spamming applications for irrelevant positions. On one hand, it establishes a baseline for comparing applicants, and on the other, it demonstrates which candidates are committed enough to complete the assessment. What we would still wish for is a deeper integration with Personio to make the process even smoother.
