What do you like best about Traitwise?

The onboarding process and the support from the team saved us a significant amount of time. We barely had to do any setup ourselves, just invited the candidates. By integrating Traitwise into our process, we were able to immediately filter out candidates who were spamming applications for irrelevant positions. On one hand, it establishes a baseline for comparing applicants, and on the other, it demonstrates which candidates are committed enough to complete the assessment. What do you dislike about Traitwise?

At first, we weren’t quite sure. But once we understood the models behind the signals Traitwise gives us about applicants, we realized they’re way more relevant than anything you get from an interview or a résumé scan. Even better: those signals spark genuinely meaningful conversations—because you’re suddenly talking about things that actually matter.

What do you like best about Traitwise?

The assessments give us a new, objective view of our applicants and ensure that we can immediately focus on the candidates who fit the position. This saves us an incredible amount of manual sifting through resumes in recruiting and quickly gains us valuable time. What do you dislike about Traitwise?

What we would still wish for is a deeper integration with Personio to make the process even smoother.
