**What do you like best about Traitwise?**

What convinced us most was the early, clear signal about a candidate’s actual fit. The assessment gives us insights you would normally only gain after the probation period - if at all - once someone is already working with the team. That makes it easier to spot early on whether someone truly fits, and it lets us dig deeper into specific points during the interview, before it’s too late. At the same time, the results are easy to understand and, importantly, comparable, which is especially helpful when several people are involved in the hiring process.

**What do you dislike about Traitwise?**

The collaboration has been consistently very good. At the moment, we do not have any specific suggestions for improvement. I hope the team keeps developing the platform!

**What do you dislike about Traitwise?**

As a recruitment consultancy, our goal is not simply to fill a position quickly, but to place
someone who truly makes a difference for the client. The Traitwise assessment shows us
how well a candidate’s motivation and way of working align with the specific role our clients
are hiring for. This allows us to reliably identify who will actually perform in the role rather
than just look good on paper.

**What problems is Traitwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a recruitment agency, we use Traitwise as an additional validation of our shortlist
before presenting candidates to our clients. The detailed PDF report complements the
candidate profile with insights into motivation and ownership that go beyond what a
résumé and interviews can reveal. This gives our clients significantly more confidence in
their selection and reduces the risk of costly replacements later on.

**What do you like best about Traitwise?**

The tests can be set up very easily and used in a standardized way. This makes candidates significantly more comparable. The results not only consist of numbers but also provide a clear picture of where a candidate's strengths lie and where potential weaknesses might be. We find the tips particularly helpful on where to specifically follow up during the interview.

**What do you dislike about Traitwise?**

At the beginning, it takes some time to properly categorize the individual scores. However, thanks to the intensive professional support from Traitwise, this quickly became no obstacle.

We use Traitwise to compare candidates more systematically and to better prepare interviews. The results help us identify where we should delve deeper in the conversation and which topics are particularly relevant for the respective role. This makes interviews more focused and decisions within the hiring team easier.

Everything works well, the founders are very open to feedback and product development.

**What do you like best about Traitwise?**

The onboarding process and the support from the team saved us a significant amount of time. We barely had to do any setup ourselves, just invited the candidates. By integrating Traitwise into our process, we were able to immediately filter out candidates who were spamming applications for irrelevant positions. On one hand, it establishes a baseline for comparing applicants, and on the other, it demonstrates which candidates are committed enough to complete the assessment.

**What do you dislike about Traitwise?**

One thing I feel is missing is a way to see the progress of candidates who did not complete the test. It would be helpful to know exactly how many questions they answered before deciding to quit.

**What do you like best about Traitwise?**

At first, we weren’t quite sure. But once we understood the models behind the signals Traitwise gives us about applicants, we realized they’re way more relevant than anything you get from an interview or a résumé scan. Even better: those signals spark genuinely meaningful conversations—because you’re suddenly talking about things that actually matter.
When we ran the assessment on our own team, it led to engaging discussions, fresh insights, and a few lightbulb moments—like why certain colleagues felt stuck, and how to shift them into roles where they’d thrive. Fantastic product. Highly recommended.

Honestly, nothing. The product delivered on its promise, and the founders went above and beyond with support.

**What do you like best about Traitwise?**

The assessments give us a new, objective view of our applicants and ensure that we can immediately focus on the candidates who fit the position. This saves us an incredible amount of manual sifting through resumes in recruiting and quickly gains us valuable time. I find the insights from the personality section particularly helpful, as they help us break the ice in interviews or directly follow up on critical points.

**What do you dislike about Traitwise?**

What we would still wish for is a deeper integration with Personio to make the process even smoother. As far as we know, this is currently more due to the limited capabilities of the Personio API – therefore, we hope that something will change in the future.

**What problems is Traitwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major advantage of Traitwise is that we no longer have to rely solely on the first impression from the resume. Even if a profile doesn't seem perfect at first glance, the assessment scores quickly show us whether someone could be a good fit for the position in terms of content. This reduces the risk of overlooking strong candidates. The comparability of the results directly on the platform also helps us make decisions faster and more informed. Our interviews are now much more targeted – we know from the start what we should talk about and where there might still be a need for clarification. The high degree of automation also saves us a lot of time. Instead of working through all the applicant profiles, we can focus directly on the most interesting people.
