**What do you like best about traduno?**

Traduno is a well-structured TBMS that aligns closely with the operational realities of language service providers. From an Account Management perspective, its workflow automation—from quote creation to financial reporting—improves turnaround times and gives strong visibility into project margins and account performance. 

The Vendor and Client Portals streamline communication, while integrations with CAT/TMS environments reduce redundant manual processes. Implementation was smooth, and adoption across PM and finance teams was quick due to its clean UI. For small to mid-sized LSPs looking for an integrated system without enterprise-level complexity, Traduno delivers strong functional value.

**What do you dislike about traduno?**

It lack language options which makes it challenging for those that do not speak English

**What problems is traduno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client engagement with the Client Portal strengthens the collaboration by allowing the client to be a part of the process.
Process automation from quote approval > project management with Phrase > Live profitability tracking

**What do you like best about traduno?**

I’ve been using Traduno for almost 10 years, and it has proven to be a reliable partner in streamlining the localisation process.
What I appreciate most about Traduno is the ability to communicate directly with linguists from within the platform, without needing to switch between email and the TBMS. This is a real time-saver for Project Managers, alongside the excellent integration with Phrase, which supports quote estimations and direct linguist assignments, among other helpful features.
Another standout functionality is the client-specific price list. During the quoting process, rates are automatically pulled from the relevant client price list, ensuring consistency and accuracy every time.
Finally, as a PM Team Lead, I’ve had the opportunity to train new Traduno users and see first-hand how quickly and confidently they learn to navigate the platform and its various features.

Overall, Traduno has become an essential part of my daily workflow — intuitive, efficient, and built with the needs of PMs firmly in mind. I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking to simplify and strengthen their localisation operations.

**What do you dislike about traduno?**

Traduno is constantly evolving and adapting to meet the fast-paced nature of the industry. Therefore, it is natural for bugs to appear along with new deployments. The upside is that the IT department is very responsive and quick to fix things without disrupting any process.

**What problems is traduno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s not just about saving time (though it definitely does that, too). What really makes a difference is how it makes the PMs' life easier: instead of getting dragged down in admin and manual tasks, PMs can put their energy into what actually matters — solving problems, keeping clients happy, and making sure the final quality meets and exceeds the expectations. That’s what really keeps projects moving forward.

**What do you like best about traduno?**

I use this TMS on a daily basis, and it has truly become an essential part of my workflow. It brings together so many functionalities in one place, which makes managing projects, communicating with clients, linguists, and other stakeholders incredibly easy and efficient. It makes my day-to-day work smoother and more enjoyable. I genuinely appreciate how much it simplifies complex tasks.

**What do you like best about traduno?**

I've been using Traduno for almost 10 years in my role as an account management team leader and I had the opportunity to compare it with other platforms that I use daily. It has comprehensive functionalities, supporting every key area - client management, project management, vendor management, finance, admin, sales and marketing, business intelligence, all within a centralized system. Extremely user friendly, reliable, fast and easy to navigate through.

**What do you dislike about traduno?**

Everything works fine, and if something needs to be fixed sometimes or clarified, the support team is quite fast in addressing the queries.

**What problems is traduno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chaos - everything is organized in a single place and I have a broad overview of everything that I might need in my day to day tasks. 
Slow repetitive steps - automation in place for several processes.

Traduno has been a solid part of my daily workflow. I really like how it brings all the important info together in one place and makes it easy to stay connected with different departments. It's user-friendly, easy to get the hang of, and the sync with Phrase works great. It also has some handy tools that make working with Trados projects smoother. Overall, it just makes things easier.

**What do you dislike about traduno?**

Nothing that I dislike to be honest. Even if sometimes some bugs may appear, IT guys fix it really quick.

It makes even complex projects feel simple and manageable, giving you all the tools you need to plan, stay organized, and keep track of everything.

**What do you like best about traduno?**

As the person responsible for training new employees, I find Traduno incredibly helpful. New PMs can easily access past projects, make informed decisions based on their colleagues’ work—and, most importantly, nothing gets lost in individual inboxes. Thanks to Traduno, a new PM can be considered onboarded and ready to handle projects within just 3 days.

There’s nothing I dislike at the moment, everything works as expected.

Traduno solves the problem of scattered and lost information by centralizing all project data in one accessible platform that is easy to sort and filter. It eliminates the risk of important details getting buried in individual inboxes, making communication more transparent and efficient.

**What do you like best about traduno?**

I like it because it seamlessly integrates all the communication channels I need as a PM in addition to the standard Project Management and CAT-related functionality. Considering I use it for around 80-90% of the work time, it's good to have everything in one place without having to shuffle through various tools.

**What do you dislike about traduno?**

Traduno may be a bit buggy in some rarely-used use-cases, but the IT support team can fix issues in a matter of hours or days.

Traduno is an all-in-one Translation Management System that allows me to perform all my task from a single hub.

**What do you like best about traduno?**

Traduno is easy to learn - the salespeople, PMs, VMs and QMs are onboarded quickly (in about a week or 2) and rarely follow up with questions related to the interface and functionality.
The system is flexible enough to accommodate non-standard workflows.
I like that it has the invoicing functionality, avoiding the need of additional tools.
Also, our clients are happy with the customer portal (easy to learn, easy to use and centralises everything in one spot)

Nothing comes to mind at the moment.....

It helps our company automate the business processes (account management, project management, vendor management, finance).
