**What do you like best about TrackerOffice?**

I liked how this software organized our files, it ran mostly smoothly, and customer service was fair. 

**What do you dislike about TrackerOffice?**

There were a lot of glitches at first, customer service didn't know how to help very much at times, we eventually ended up switching software to something with more "horsepower" 

**What problems is TrackerOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**
