What I like most about Kroolo is how it brings everything—projects, tasks, documents, goals, and even AI automation—into a single unified workspace. The built-in AI agents are incredibly helpful for generating task lists, summarizing meetings, and even drafting documents, which saves a lot of time and also we have great customer support from the team. I also appreciate the clean UI and flexibility in managing different workspaces and teams and even it is very easy to integrate. It’s like having Notion, Trello, and ChatGPT all in one place. Kroolo is a powerful platform, but there’s a bit of a learning curve when you first start using it, especially with so many features packed into one workspace. The communication element is still a distance away from being Slack like. Understand it will likely not be as fully featured as Slack, since the broader platform provides the key functionalities vs. doing it in the comms interface. However, the current iteration is a bit clunky - if you're going to have it, it needs to be sleek, since there are so many alternatives available for comparison.
