While the platform has its bumps, support with issues is alwasy top tier. The response time is quick (usually in my inbox before I come in the next day). There are just a few clunky elements about the platform from the camapign management side of things, with the bulk of our issues being with the payment/wallet set up, especialy for non-US creators (tax forms). I find Traackr incredibly helpful for managing influencers. We often handle 30+ at a time for a campaign, so having a platform that keeps both the influencers and myself organized is a game-changer. I do think the data is really helpful, it makes it easy for us to recap a campaign and there are good insights into campaign and individual partner performance. I don't typically use it for influencer discovery but moreso for tracking and reporting.

After the hack, there has been a huge increase in technical issues with our campaigns. Most commonly, content is not pulled in when labeled correctly, or info we input will disappear and reappear. Often we are flagged in the monthly Traackr audit for missing info which we did add in previously, so it's really frustrating that it can just disappear because of a technical glitch and look like it's or fault (especially as the info often comes back on it's own, maybe it just wasn't populating at the time of an audit).

The only challenge we faced was when searching for influencer profiles and processing commission payments, there was no search facility, and we had to search for profiles one by one. It loads too slowly and is sometimes too inflexible when it comes to making modifications. I would like the posts that traackr collects to be updated if the influencer changes something. Great at tracking content, and deep diving into successful content, whilst also competitively benchmarking our brand. When using Traackr, customer support has been the most useful when encourtering any usses or advising on how to best utlize the platform.
