It makes it frustrating to use sometimes to wait for the app to load and recognize the influencer's name initially. After that it takes about a day or 2 to pull all the information necessary. One more awesome thing is that, when everything is set up correctly, you have access to a very imformative, in depth report about your activities which helps you reflect on what was done, plan the future activities. **What do you dislike about Traackr?** The platform can be a bit slow at moments, so it is really time consuming to navigate between multiple campaigns or activities within the platform. What can also be challenging is that the fee calculator, which is a really important feature for us, isn't always working correctly (doesn't show the suggested fee for more than an organic post on Instagram) , and the search often doesn't recognize what you're looking for. For example, if I search for an associate by their name or their username it doesn't show anyting, bbut when I go to upload the influencers, it shows me a notification that that influencer's profile is already available. What our associates had most trouble with was connecting to Studio which really slowed us down and we had to stop working with some content creators because they weren't able to connect.
