Campaigns are very organized within the platform and it's easy to log metrics and pull together reports. The Traackr team is also very responsive when there are any bugs or my team needs a deeper dive to understand the functionalities of the platform. We have a dedicated rep to help us with any problems that arise and they respond quickly to help troubleshoot. There are training sessions that everyone completes when signing up for the platform, which is quite helpful as there are extensive capabilities within the site. As I mentioned, the Traackr reps are also extremely helpful with this to get new members to the platform well acquainted with the tool. Once influencers are onboarded, the process is smooth for them and for us (as an influencer agency) to collect the metrics (most pull in automatically). If something does not pull in automatically, we're able to add in the metrics manually to still pull into reporting. **What do you dislike about Traackr?** The process for authenticating influencers is a bit clunky – it requires sending a link and then the influencer following up with a second click from their email (which often requires follow-ups). There have also been a few bugs in the platform that have persisted for quite some time (ie: Reels metrics not pulling in and us having to input manually for over a month). It does seem like any bug we've run into has been resolved though and the platform is functioning smoothly at this time. **What problems is Traackr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Traackr is solving the problem of correlating all influencer data into one place to share back with our client partners easily. They're very helpful to our analytics team to create reports to share with our partners and to our production team to organize influencers into campaigns for tracking content that goes live. ### 7. But maybe it would be nice if we could export more complete reports on individual profiles, because some audience information that we have in Traackr (like brand affinity and occupation) don't appear in the reports exported to PPT. **Recommendations to others considering Traackr:** Traackr is GREAT, but it is even better after you complete all training sessions and learn to use all features in the plataform.
