"Streamlined Expense Management for Property Rentals"
What do you like best about Topkey?

I like that Topkey is built specifically for the industry of short and medium-term property management rentals. It connects easily to our ERP or accounting software, QuickBooks Online, which makes it very easy to track and know where all the expenses are. Additionally, we can pass through commentary and notes directly to owners based on the information input by the purchasing agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Topkey?

I'm not sure if email receipts will automatically upload and attach to items that the system knows I have on my credit card, something similar to Brex. I'm not sure if that exists or not. The very easy kind of, like, email to a general inbox, and then it automatically scans and uploads to the correct expense or correct charge card, expense. That would be great if it could exist.
