I don't always realize how much something is taking up my time until I see it on the dashboard. Once I see the results I'm able to understand my workload better. It's also helpful to share the dashboard info with my supervisor so they can understand what's taking up my time. If something is taking up too much time when it shouldn't, they help me re-prioritize if needed. I also like the app. I nearly always have my phone with me, so I'm able to update the tracking directly on my phone. It's especially nice when I forget to turn off the tracking when I've left my computer for the day-- I can quickly turn it off directly on my phone. **What do you dislike about Toggl Track?** I was hopeful that the Google Chrome integration would be slick, but it isn't. It takes a lot of manual work to update it. It’s such an user-friendly software that is equipped with full features and it gives you access to detailed analysis and reports. When I first used it, I thought it was going to be hard to get used to it but to my surprise it was incredibly easy thanks to its tutorials and professional design. I can track every task from my team and it’s just very quick in general, and I can share the reports to other management teams in the organization in multiple files such as PDF and CVS (I find this feature extremely helpful since I’m always working with different people so I need to be sure they’re able to access the files). It’s also easy to know the time I’ve spent and what tasks or projects have taken me the longer time to complete, and there’s availability of the product in multiple devices such as desktop app and mobile app. **What do you dislike about Toggl Track?** It’s a bit on the expensive side, I would say. **Recommendations to others considering Toggl Track:** Would totally recommend! Incredibly easy to use with a platform that works quickly. **What problems is Toggl Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working in HR Management, I have to make sure the things are being done right and be sure how long it takes to do certain tasks. Back then, I was used to keep track of things in timesheets but ever since I started using Toggl, I have noticed an improvement in the workflow of my team. Because it’s my responsibility to track and assess the teams’ resources, I have to be able to make constants reports to make sure every team is working with what they need and if they’re working to their full potential. The support is friendly and helpful. I also like the little fun things, like when I come back and haven't recorded time for a while. Then I find a spider hanging from its web. :-) At the moment I look at the other pane where Toggl is open. The time is running, I can see. Not only because it is displayed, but because the button is red. If time wasn't running, it would be black. Good thinking. It also works in my projet management tool Asana. The task i am working on, has a red toggl icon. The others are black. This is the one that is best designed so that you can track your time without having to manually write out everything into a time ledger.
