I love how I can start timing when I sit to work and stop when I get up, which helps me track the exact amount of time I dedicate to studying. It provides insights into how I'm spending my otherwise non-tracked time. For example, meetings are on my calendar so I can see how much meeting time is spent each week. But, most other tasks (administrative, answering slacks, etc.) are not tracked, so this gives insights into how much time is being spent on those other categories and can help me better plan and forecast for future weeks.
