What do you like best about Thrive learning?

Without a doubt, it's the way THRIVE has connected our global teams! We launched over a year ago and the reaction has been incredible, particularly with our global retail team as effective, engaging, and timely communication was previously a real challenge. Now team members can connect, progress their skills, complete essential learning, learn in the flow, book onto events, learn from peers, view assigned tasks - even take a meditation break! And all while they're on the go, using the THRIVE app. The success has exceeded our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thrive learning?

The features and functionality of THRIVE are evolving at such a rate that anything I could say today wouldn't be relevant next week. I can raise an issue, create a task, or ask a question through the service portal, and the response is super quick, clear, and friendly - no messing. Support from Content Club, Data Lab, and marketing team - always available with their expertise if you need a helping hand. The ongoing relationship with my CSM is that we're part of the same team, always striving to improve the experience, and emerged in the needs of our business. Above all, they listen, consult and adapt. It's a partnership, which has been the most important element for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thrive learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to detect gaps, launch communication or learning, and analyze value at a rate that has never been possible for us before. It's provided us with a solution that is inclusive of all areas of the business, therefore becoming a business collaboration tool, rather than an 'L&D' owned platform. Thanks for your feedback Melani, it's great to hear!

We're sorry that you've had difficulties with provisioning users from Okta.

Unfortunately, the problem is caused by Okta not implementing a part of the technical standard they use to send us updates, and it's therefore not possible for us to resolve from the THRIVE side of the connector.

We would definitely encourage you to share your feedback with Okta to implement full support for the technical standard involved (SCIM 2). And we'd love to help you have that discussion!
