Severe lack of deep data reporting, content creation can be frustrating and things like AI content creation and integrations all cost extra. Customisation of the pages is very basic and there is no option to translate pages seemslessly. Being able to put branding up and customisation is severely lacking. The account managers talk a big game but when it comes down to actually helping you, they disappear. There is no skills analysis or career mapping and event management is very frustrating. Navigating is not seamless and the search feature is just as frustrating. AI features are only search and content creation and both are not good. It does all the basic things ok but overall ease of use and navigation is quite poor. This is a marketing company that is masquerading as an LMS provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
