There are not many downsides of Ensora Mental Health. The one big thing I dislike is how if you are creating notes or treatment plan or anything like that it does not really auto save. Ensora Mental Health provides a full-featured package for managing a behavioral health practice. I received referrals from online platforms that handle scheduling/billing so many of the features of Ensora are superfluous. Still, for the price, it is hard to beat. If you handle billing in-house, Ensora provides integration with various clearinghouses.

As a psychologist in private practice, I wear many hats and need to be as efficient as possible. I find some of the repetitive tasks such as maintaining the contact log to be rather inefficient in terms of raw data entry. Also, somethings like customizing the layout of columns in the client list have to be performed every time I login. It would be preferable to have those settings saved.
