"Ok for basic practice management, but poor for group practices"

What do you like best about TheraNest by Ensora Health?

TheraNest covers the fundamental functions of a behavioral health EHR fairly well. Scheduling, client records, clinical documentation, telehealth, are all available in one system. The learning curve for clinicians is also relatively manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TheraNest by Ensora Health?

The limitations become more noticeable as a practice grows. Group-practice administration, supervision oversight, advanced billing workflows, reporting, automation, and real-time operational visibility could be much stronger. We frequently found that important information existed in the system but still required administrators to manually search for it, track it elsewhere, or create additional processes around it. It lacks visibility of flow of claims, API connections to different clearinghouses is limited. The software lacks many functions needed to manage a group practice. Payment of claims and fees are hidden and often need to be fished out after many clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
