I find the EHR to be very intuitive to use and the drop-down menu features save me time in completing treatment plans. I find the pricing to be very competitive. One issue I have found is that it's difficult for a family member to add their debit/credit card information directly to pay for a loved one’s co-pays. The limitations become more noticeable as a practice grows. Group-practice administration, supervision oversight, advanced billing workflows, reporting, automation, and real-time operational visibility could be much stronger. We frequently found that important information existed in the system but still required administrators to manually search for it, track it elsewhere, or create additional processes around it. It lacks visibility of flow of claims, API connections to different clearinghouses is limited. The software lacks many functions needed to manage a group practice. I like that TheraNest by Ensora Health has dropdown menus that make it easy to take and keep notes on my clients. I also like the variety of billing options, even though I don’t use them. I haven't had a problem with any of the features. It took me some time to get to know the system, especially because I had to download a huge number of clients, though it has become more intuitive as I've gotten familiar with it. I like that TheraNest by Ensora Health keeps my mental health documentation organized in one place. I use it for progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, summaries, and service documentation, and it helps me maintain consistent records, save documentation, and track client goals and progress. It’s convenient to have everything at my fingertips instead of going from one program to another. With one click, I can move between programs to find information I need for another sheet. I appreciate the layout of TheraNest by Ensora Health and that the note functions are very straightforward. The assessments are really helpful, as well as the questionnaires, assessment evaluation, and various forms that I can create for the agency. The screening tools and treatment plans are all very helpful. One of my favorites is the Wiley treatment planner, which I really appreciate being included as it's a helpful part of the package. Some of the features my colleagues have are not available on my account and it can be confusing sometimes why that is or how to problem solve. At some point, I stopped getting text reminders about client confirmation of sessions and I don't know if clients stopped getting them too. As my practice has gotten smaller - the pricetag remains the same for the features I use to service few clients.

It is not easy to figure out how to add more insurances to send bills to - I have only ever successfully submitted to Aetna. I have tried with other insurance companies and there is no paperwork trail to know whether my submission went through. Sometimes I get something in the mail from those insurance companies a few weeks or months later.
