You can record sessions or dictate or type in a recap. Mentalyc not only retains the session/recap transcript for you, but also produces any type of Note you want from dozens of options (SOAP, Narrative for Individual, Group, etc). It remembers key things about clients sorted by first name. You can fully or partially de-identify clients. The accuracy and reliability of the note-taking is excellent and the Customer Service is among the best I've ever seen: Quick, thorough, supportive, patient, and kind. **What do you dislike about Mentalyc?** It’s good in all areas: the notes it offers, ease of use, and customer service. The only limitations are the usual limitations of AI, but this company keeps refining the AI model based on learning from its own use and feedback. **What problems is Mentalyc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving me time and effort on admin tasks. ### 2. The initial setup of Mentalyc was very easy, and I also liked that they offered a free trial with ample opportunity to test the product before purchasing. **What do you dislike about Mentalyc?** There are sometimes issues with the ability to upload audio recordings due to length, and it’s difficult to get a clear understanding of the issues with the upload of the audio recording and what can be done to solve it. **What problems is Mentalyc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mentalyc significantly decreases time spent documenting and improves the organization and flow of clinical paperwork.
