Compared to SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane App, and Carepatron, TheraNest goes deeper on insurance billing: it automates invoice creation, claim submission, and ERA posting, and surfaces exceptions in one queue. It also supports multi-clinician scheduling, supervision tracking, and integrated Wiley Treatment Planner content.
