**What do you like best about The Freightos Group?**

The group is challenging not only the middle east freight marketplace but also impacting worldwide shipping procedures and digital innovations in logistics. The sole freight marketplace strives to integrate multimodal freight services and bring them automated booking and confirmation services. They are freight marketplace automation pioneers and tested at a power load of thousands of transactions.

**What do you dislike about The Freightos Group?**

If you need data to track trends or use API to make decisions based on research, the subscription cost is exceptionally high. The booking flow is semi-automated, so the rates sometimes could be waited for confirmation for several days. They provide saas but do not offer hardware service - it contradicts if you have your data on Amazon Freight Services or Plaine AWS server and then request or use the Freightos external feed. They have a stable desktop terminals.

**What problems is The Freightos Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customer of our IT service is managing a project of digital freight integration at business processes and ERP to improve outcomes and create the possibility for fast booking for export cargoes.
