What do you like best about Logitude?

Logitude provides a comprehensive and intuitive platform for managing freight forwarding operations from end to end. The system is cloud-based, which makes it easy to access from anywhere, and its modules are well-structured for quoting, booking, tracking, and invoicing. The integration with agents and partners through the portal helps improve transparency and communication. What do you dislike about Logitude?

Some functions could be more customizable, especially when tailoring workflows to unique operational needs. The reporting tools are useful but could benefit from more advanced filtering and visualization options. Logitude helps centralize and streamline our freight forwarding and logistics operations in one cloud-based platform. Before using it, we relied on multiple disconnected tools for quoting, bookings, operations tracking, and invoicing, which often led to duplicated work and communication gaps. Now, everything is linked — from the initial quote to final delivery — reducing manual errors and improving efficiency.

The real-time visibility and agent portal improve coordination with overseas partners, while the integrated documentation and compliance features save time during customs processes.
