I’ve been using Descartes Aljex for the past five to six years as a freight broker agent, and what I like best is how simple and easy it is to use. The MacroPoint integration makes tracking shipments easy, and I can quickly look up past loads, carrier details, and customer information. Everything I need is in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I have to remove a leading zero from an MC number to find the carrier. I also have trouble copying drivers’ cell phone numbers because they don’t always paste correctly, so I end up typing them manually. I’d like to be able to copy and paste those numbers reliably.
