Everything can be editable, and costumized, given the system a huge flexibility. **What do you dislike about Logitude?** Just few features do not comply with Latin America' standards. An example is that as per IATA regulation, printed AWB's must be in collors (Original 1 in blue, Original 2 in red, and so on..). Brazil for example demands all rpinted awb's to arrive in the Red color...otherwise agents and airlines could have problems to release the cargo...this feature is making us pay for an external AWB system...that complies with IATA regulation (AWB Editor in this case). Including the DGR Declaration as well. In summary, I'd say this is a good feature to improve - all of the rest we know it is costumizable - which is great. **What problems is Logitude solving and how is that benefiting you?** We believe that Logitude is a solid and reliable system. So to have all our logistics services data enetered in one place is ideal.
