I have identified a couple of concerns that could enhance the user experience. There is a noticeable redundancy in certain data fields, often requiring users to input the same information multiple times across different sections. More importantly, the system frequently exhibits unacceptable delays in data processing and updates following a save action or tab navigation. We started to use the customer portal with a few customer testers. We would like to have the possibility to customize all categories and filters to allow our client a better experience as the translation is not perfect. We cannot have agents as customers but sometimes they are. So we create several agent and customer profiles for the same client.
