What do you like best about Logitude?

What I really like about Logitude is that it brings everything we need into one platform, quotes, bookings, shipments, docs, invoices,all in one place. It’s made specifically for freight forwarders, so it fits our workflow quite well. It’s also pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it, and new team members can pick it up quickly. What do you dislike about Logitude?

Some parts of the system feel a bit outdated or slow, especially when it comes to customizing reports or workflows.

Logitude helps us centralize everything bookings, operations, documentation, and invoicing into one platform, which makes life a lot easier.

Before, we were juggling spreadsheets and emails, and things would easily get lost or delayed. Now, the team has better visibility on shipments, tasks are more streamlined, and we save a lot of time chasing updates. Overall, it’s improved our efficiency and reduced a lot of the manual hassle. What do you like best about Logitude?

What do you dislike about Logitude?

I have identified a couple of concerns that could enhance the user experience. There is a noticeable redundancy in certain data fields, often requiring users to input the same information multiple times across different sections. More importantly, the system frequently exhibits unacceptable delays in data processing and updates following a save action or tab navigation. What do you like best about Logitude?

we started to use the customer portal with a few customer testers.

We would like to have the possibility tocustomize all categories and filters to allow our clinet a better experience as the translation is not perfect. the research sections (both) are limited to a few fields and for example our field "project #" our "search by AWB do not exist yet. What do you dislike about Logitude?

we cannot have agents as customers but somteimes they are. so e create several agent and customer profile for the same client. It would be great to have possibility to mark agent as "is customer" or register customers as "also agent" if you see what I mean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
