**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I love how easy Textedly is to use, and I really appreciate that it allows us to load pictures, which is what we usually send more. It's an easy platform to manage with easy access. It avoids double work for us since we can download pictures from our Mother Corporate to disperse the flyers and keep everyone informed. Textedly gives a better visual idea and increases communication and the feeling of belonging.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

That it doesn't connect with our HRIS system to automate the communication process

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Textedly to keep employees informed, enhancing communication and belonging. It avoids double work by allowing us to send pictures easily, making the platform manageable and effective for company updates.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I find Textedly's service very poor, with a dishonest billing system. My account was switched to a yearly subscription without my authorization, which was really frustrating. I feel the company is dishonest and can't offer value. Their support seems fake, with no human interaction—just AI replying with templates. Also, I think their setup it's designed to scam you. Overall, I hope fewer people use this service. Be careful, worst company to work in 2026.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly doesn't solve any problems for me. The service is poor, with a dishonest billing system. Their cancellation options was removed from my account, just to turn all hard.

It's been some years since the initial setup, but I remember it running smoothly.

Textedly is incredibly easy to use! I love being able to create templates and schedule texts ahead of time. Tags make it simple to create different groups, which keeps everything organized. On top of that, whenever I’ve reached out to Textedly for assistance, they responded super fast and the solution worked immediately.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The only thing I dislike is that once I create tags, they’re permanent. I wish there were an option to delete tags I no longer need—or maybe I’m just missing how to do it.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management, organization, communication, and supportive responsiveness. Scheduling texts and using templates saves you from rewriting the same messages and frees up valuable time. Tags let you neatly group applicants and new hires, so you can target the right people without digging through lists. Instead of relying on slower or inconsistent methods (like phone calls or emails), you can reach applicants and new hires quickly and reliably. When something does come up, Textedly’s fast and effective customer support keeps operations moving without delays.

I use Textedly as a marketing tool for my Press-On nail business and love its two-way texting feature, which I find literally amazing. This feature allows me to directly message my customers about their orders and order status, providing a more efficient alternative to email. Additionally, Textedly enables me to execute text campaigns for exclusive sales and new product drops, enhancing my marketing efforts significantly. Outside of the pricing aspect, Textedly has been easy and great to use for my business needs.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I find the price of Textedly to be a major drawback. It seems unjustifiably high for a text messaging app, especially as it limits users to a certain number of credits per plan. For a small business like mine, this can be financially burdensome. Additionally, while the initial setup was generally easy, I found following the policies to start sending and receiving messages to be somewhat confusing.

I use Textedly to communicate directly with customers about orders, bypassing email issues, and run text campaigns for sales, benefiting my business with effective engagement.

It was a bit disjointed to get set up and speak with our account rep and who to go to for assistance. However, once we worked that out there have been almost no issues and their chat feature makes getting assistance quick and easy

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I appreciate how Textedly provides a single platform for sending messages to an entire group of people, which significantly simplifies communication with our audience. It was incredibly easy to use and facilitates quick sending of reminders for our upcoming calls, events at conferences, and other reminders. Moreover, Textedly is particularly efficient for organizations that frequently communicate with the same audience, making it much easier for us to maintain consistent and direct contact. I also like how seamless it was to integrate with our existing tools, as we could effectively use it alongside our MailChimp emails to send reminders, which greatly improved attendance for our monthly calls by alerting attendees just before the event. Additionally, even though I did not personally set up Textedly, I have been informed that the setup process was very straightforward and simple, which speaks to its user-friendly design.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I find the pricing of Textedly to be somewhat of a hindrance because we required different keywords for different events. This made the cost of the service become a concern.

Initially the text broadcasting was a decent service but I eventually cancelled due to poor customer service dishonest billing policies.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The support team is slow to respond, does not identify the issues clients have and then blatantly ignores follow up requests. The annual billing is set to auto-renew but there is no notifications that go out before the new period is billed advising clients so they will continue billing forever without clients knowing. I had an annual bill go off and when I tried to rectify it, explaining that I didn't wish to renew they wouldn't offer any solution. Auto-billing without notifications is illegal in the state of Florida. I will not suggest dealing with this company. They could have easily simply settled the matter in an amicable way but rather opted to go the path of most resistance.

They were helping without periodic outbound campaigns until I cancelled service due to billing and customer service issues.

I appreciate Textedly for its ease of use, as it is mostly straightforward and simplifies my tasks despite a few complicated aspects. I found the customer service to be excellent, enhancing my overall experience with prompt and helpful support. Additionally, the initial setup of Textedly was incredibly easy and seamless. It only took a few minutes, making the transition from our previous tools smooth. This ease of use and efficiency has been significant since we struggled with other platforms like Civvy and Twilio.

I dislike that the payment structure is not clearly explained initially. It was challenging to understand that keywords need to be purchased first, then messages. I also think a step-by-step guide for sending text messages and how that works would be beneficial.

I use Textedly to communicate with students faster. It's easy to use, offering a seamless setup and transition from other tools, saving time and effort.

I need to be better up to date on 'code' words that phone providers will automatically reject text messages. There are certain words in animal agriculture that are common everyday words that, when used in non-agricultural settings, could signal an issue. When the text doesn't send, I get frustrated.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

We loved the customer service and text support - those are the first things that come to mind, because they were so much above what you usually get with an app. The onboarding process was a breeze, answering all our questions and getting us up and running without any issues. It was also fairly easy to integrate with our CRM for automation purposes (it wasn't a native integration, so it wasn't as easy as a click, but it worked for all our use cases perfectly). When it was up and running, we had it on full blast with no issues.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

There are a few minor downsides (they don't really detract from the app itself at least). The first was minimal native integration with other third-party apps - we were able to work around it with Zapier, but native support is always  a plus. The second was some unfamiliar terminology with the basic use cases - maybe for people who do a lot more SMS it would be more intuitive, but we had to remind ourselves sometimes what each element meant.

We needed a way to get initial engagement out of our leads as soon as possible and part of a three-pronged outreach strategy (call, SMS, email). Textedly filled in the needs and supported that pillar of our outreach.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I enjoy that I can place tags within each contact so that I can send things out in batches. I enjoy that I can send mass messages and schedule messages. I also enjoy that I can easily contact customer support, and they will respond swiftly. It is easy to implement and integrate within our team and our target population, and we use it at least twice a week if not more. We have been able to teach others in our team to use it and incorporate it into our day-to-day. It's easy to receive messages back from residents and text them responses. I most enjoy that the residents are able to send text messages and photo responses, and I get email alerts with every message that we receive.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I wish I could label when a message needs to be re-read. I wish there was an "Are you sure" message before submission so it helps pause and capture mistakes. I wish it would tell us immediately if a message will not be able to be sent because of key words, etc. I wish that the messages that were unused transferred over to the next month or at least a percentage of them.

Solves issues of direct communication with residents and communication loop closure. Helps when i am in need of marketing and cannot go in person to my population.

Textedly makes it fast and easy to organize our contacts and integrate our business communication via text messages.  Our customers really enjoy that they can access pertinent information right from their phone when we send them the text messages.  We enjoy how we can implement strategies, which we frequently do, schedule our text messages to go out at different days and times.

The downside to using textedly is that you cannot send more than one picture attached to your message at once.   That is the only downfall that we have come across.

People lead busy lives.  Textedly is helping us get information that we need to get to our customers right away and in a convenient fashion.  Our customers prefer SMS messaging over email.

Having the ability to text my database when I need to.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The rate at which the messages are used up. To send a real message, required 2-3 "messages" when I do a mass text.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I have a major sales activation to send out, it gets the word out to my existing clients.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I appreciate Textedly's excellent UI and fast chat support. Everything works quite smoothly for me. I like that clients can message back directly through Textedly, and I can respond to them there through the inbox chat. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Whenever it takes a long time for the support team to get back to me, which isn't too often, but happens sometimes

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Textedly for sending large amounts of texts to clients quickly. The excellent UI, fast chat support, and smooth functionality are great. I switched from Twilio because Textedly better meets my mass text needs, and clients can message back directly.

Getting the account fully set up took a little longer than I thought it would. But with the help of customer service, I was kept informed of the process and it was handled.

I am able to communicate with our employees quickly and efficiently. I also love that I can attach gifs etc to the text message.
