**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like that Textedly saves me time by preventing me from having to text all of our clients individually, and it helps with my phone's storage. It's great. I also like that it allows me to send multimedia in my text messages. Textedly was our first choice because I had used it at a previous company and loved it. The initial setup was fairly easy, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend Textedly as a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Adding a contact can be a bit tedious. The process should be streamlined by removing unnecessary fields and requiring only the contact's name and number when first adding them. It's sometimes annoying to find the appropriate fields to populate when adding a contact.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly lets me send mass messages efficiently, saving time and phone storage. It also allows me to include multimedia, enhancing communication.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like that Textedly is easy to use because I can access it from my computer, phone, and iPad, which cuts my workload down considerably. It saves me a bunch of time since it allows me to send a text to my entire list of 2,000 customers with just one message. I also appreciate that it's less expensive and works well with my seasonal business, allowing me to adjust the service level according to the season. Once everything was set up initially, it made managing communications so much faster.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I wish there was an actual app that I could open up on my phone or my tablet. As it is now, I do have to go access the website to answer any text coming from my customers and also to send out a text.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Textedly to send out weekly prices to my customers, saving me hours versus manual texting. It lets me send a text or email to all customers and get quick responses, making it much easier and faster to manage.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

It's fairly easy to send text messages in bulk. I love that a bulk message becomes 1:1 messaging when someone respondes.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Honestly the set up was terrible. I was declined and approved and then declined. And told by a customer service agent that I needed to make not insignificant copy changes to my website but then I was approved anyway. It was chaotic. The UI isn't always easy and the language doesn't help. What's a KEYWORD actually anyway?

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me communicate with a valuable audience through a platform where they're more likely to engage.

There are currently no downsides to using Texedly.

I like using Textedly for customer marketing and staying in touch with my customers. It allows me to send texts to many customers while making it feel like it's coming directly from me, which is more effective than email for marketing and maintaining connections. It has helped grow my business. I appreciate the seamless and easy-to-use interface of Textedly. I also value the customer service; they responded promptly to my request for tax information and provided all the needed details right away. Their support is active and professional, and they make working with the platform straightforward. The initial setup was very easy, especially since my account was rolled over from another service. Textedly's team guided me through the ins and outs of the platform, making it a smooth transition.

I like Textedly because it makes it easier to market promotions and latest updates to customers. The ability to easily search for a specific set of targeted customers for marketing campaigns is an important feature. During the initial setup, it was easy to load many customers using Excel, which was helpful.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I think adding more AI features would help. Also, being able to scan metrics from past campaigns would be beneficial.

I use Textedly to easily market promotions and updates to my customers. It simplifies searching for targeted customers in marketing campaigns and the easy setup process with Excel is a plus.

I like that Textedly is pretty easy to navigate and it's a web-based platform. The customer service is beyond amazing, with everyone being extremely nice and helpful. Additionally, it helps streamline communications so we make better use of limited resources and staffing.

I would have appreciated it if there were additional free add-ons, such as the ability to add individuals to the Team so everyone has access and can view last communication touchpoints and threads, rather than paid options. This would help us streamline the process much more. Currently, we rely on just one person to communicate, but all teams should have access.

I appreciate that I can share website links, specifically for my basketball camps, right with my clients. I'm impressed by the great customer support and the ability to integrate apps. It's the best, and I've liked everything about it so far. The initial setup was very easy.

I use Textedly for text message scheduling, and I love its user-friendly design. The customer service is awesome, which really stands out for me. The initial setup was super easy too. Textedly helps me keep all my SMS contacts organized and ensures messages are delivered effectively.

It would be nice if their system could flag a keyword in any part of a message rather than just the keyword alone. It would be nice if the system could recognize smartphones vs other types of phones and segment somehow.

I appreciate Textedly for its flexibility to create template messages, schedule sending, and mass messaging. I also like the ability to have all messages in one location and add team members so everyone is aware of the communications. It streamlines communication for the Fleet department by not having to reach out to employees individually.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

At the moment, the only thing about Textedly that is a hindrance is only being able to use it on the web. I hear an app is in the works, so that will be a huge improvement!

Textedly allows us to send mass messages to all employees easily, schedule messages, and streamline communication for the Fleet department.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I appreciate Textedly's very easy-to-understand interface once I got used to it. This simplicity helps my nonprofit organization efficiently manage communication with around 1,200 members of our faith-based community. It allows us to contact our council members quickly, facilitating sign-ups through platforms like Sign Up Genius, and effectively distributing posters, event details, and emergency information. Additionally, the setup process was quite straightforward, as we were able to transfer a list of names and numbers from our database, although some hurdles were present due to home phone numbers not working for texting. The customer service was commendable, providing helpful assistance throughout the setup process. Overall, we've been using Textedly for three to four years and have been very happy with it, giving it a high satisfaction rating of about nine, indicating I would likely recommend it to others.

Also, having an app to use on the phone or desktop would be very useful.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Textedly to quickly contact our council and facilitate volunteer engagement. It enables instant communication with event details and emergency information, enhancing our responsiveness and organizational efficiency.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I love the convenience of being able to text our volunteers as opposed to having to call or e-mail. I get a much more immediate response when texting. My volunteers also love the convenience of being able to text as well. Customer support is very easy with the chat option as well.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

It seems to be very easy for my volunteers to accidently subscribe and we have to walk them through resubscribing. I also experience glitches and end up sending the same message multiple times. I will also kick me out sometimes and I have to log back in.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly makes communication with my volunteers so much easier, and I get much more rapid responses. It solves the problem of having to leave a voicemail or e-mail message and having to wait much longer for a response.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

The tech-support is top notch, and they are always quick to respond. Also, I love that you can design text messages that include images.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

My organization holds multiple events throughout the year, and I would like to be able to update phone numbers in bulk batches with new tags, so I can send messages to the appropriate groups. However, Textedly does not let you do that and unless you are going to go one by one on each account, you must upload the individual again with a new tag. So, I have some numbers in there 4 or 5 times because they are a part of 4 or 5 groups. 

A bulk update feature like Mailchimp has would be very helpful.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us notify our the clients we serve of upcoming events, cancellations, and other important information. It is quick and allows us to notify large groups of people at once.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like that Textedly supposedly has the ability to mass message groups easily. It prevents me from having to individually text people and just send one message at large.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

They make it seem much more simple than it actually is. After paying for a plan, there were several additional hoops to jump through and fees to pay that were not up front in the free trial. I still am not yet able to send messages, which is the entire reason I bought the plan. I made a mistake when paying and paid for an annual subscription instead of a monthly one. I contacted them to switch to month by month, but they refused to let me switch or issue a refund. They show that you can upload contacts as a list instead of individually, but I had to get approved to do so. Sending messages requires registration and applications that need approval. They make it seem like you can immediately start using their platform after upgrading, but that's not the case.

Textedly prevents me from having to individually text people, allowing me to send one message to a large group easily.

We enable the upload list pretty quickly once we get your website as this also prevents bad actors getting in! **What do you like best about Textedly?**

I use Textedly to send out weekly prayer requests, and I love how it allows me to send them quickly and all at once. The scheduling feature is super convenient for me because I can plan ahead for the entire week, setting the exact date and time so that they land when I want. The texting back feature is also very handy since I can easily chat with people. Overall, Textedly just makes these tasks easy for me, and the basic plan is sufficient because I don't communicate with tons of people. The initial setup of Textedly was quite easy too.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The monthly subscription isn't the most convenient. I wish I could use texting credits without having to pay for the subscription. It would be great to have an option that's not just a subscription, but that I could pay for the credits when I need them.

I use Textedly to send prayer requests quickly and all at once. Scheduling ahead of time for specific days is convenient and the texting back feature allows easy communication without using my personal phone.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

After working with multiple CSR representatives, I have found each one to be extremely helpful. Additionally, the blasts are always deployed on schedule.  I work at an ad agency, and we deploy blasts on behalf of our clients so the setup of those accounts can be complex.  The reps always are willing to get on the phone and work through any roadblocks.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Overall, I haven't encountered any major problems. However, the frequent automated emails asking whether I would recommend Textedly to a friend can get a bit tiresome after a while. Be careful when signing up for plans because the platform will default to an annual plan unless they have fixed that.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly allows our agency to enable our clients with the ability to message staff/clients/prospects in a very flexible and timely manner.

The main reason I chose Textedly is because I was able to set up a series of survey questions, with automated follow-ups based on their responses. The interface is easy to use. And the price is very reasonable.

The main negative is that because I'm not based in the US (but am using this for a US based client sending to US based users), I have to use a VPN every time I access the site. I'm not able to access the site otherwise.

Being able to input contacts and either click on only certain ones or send to the entire contact list- both being fairly easy to do, ability for our contacts to reply. Ability to send birthday texts.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Cost increase. Birthday texting although a very interesting option, has not yet worked for us. I sent a test one this week, and it didn't go through even though it was set up correctly. The fact that a "text" isn't just a "text" but instead is counted up by number of characters, leading up to one text being counted as 2 or 3 texts- this leads to possible need to purchase a higher plan. Replies would be easier seen if there was a textedly app (if there is one, I have not known about it)

Reaching large groups of people via text. That benefits us because people are more likely to read a text more quickly than an email.

I like the scheduling text aspect, being able to schedule text in advance. You don't have to do it right away; you can schedule it out for the whole week or month, which is very helpful. The scheduling text feature allows me to send texts at specific times, even when I'm at work. That way, when I leave work, I know they'll just send at the optimal time that I want the recipients to receive it.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I think it could be easier to find the billing information, like how the charging works. Sometimes it's hard to kinda get to that, and it's hard to change plans. If you wanna change plans from a monthly to an annual, but it's from, like, a bronze to gold, it can be hard to do that. You have to, like, reach out to an agent, which just takes some more time.

Textedly makes it easier for clients to see messages and photos directly on their phones. I use it to schedule texts in advance, ensuring they reach recipients at optimal times without needing my constant attention.

The CSV file order is very annoying to upload in the exact format required by Textedly. I wish I could just upload a CSV file in the format I choose, and the platform would be able to find the numbers and names without needing that exact order. That wastes a ton of my time. Also, getting my phone number approved during the setup was not easy.

I really like how easy Textedly is to use and the fact that you're able to categorize different keywords and groups. It helps me stay organized, making texting more valuable because it enables me to stay on top of my leads and outbound communications, like cold outreach. The platform is simple, which definitely helps with organization in a business setup. I've been using it for over a year and a half, and I love it. The initial setup was pretty easy, despite requiring a bit of review and approval. It's a great platform that has made me more than I've put into it.

I don't like having to verify every single time I log in, which I understand why. Another thing is, like, sometimes it does get slightly confusing when you're doing the numbers and things like that because sometimes it'll say, 'hey, you have to do this in order to send messages. We love the recurring messages. It makes things so much easier for us. I find Textedly user-friendly because the platform is easy to use and simple by design. Its straightforward interface allows even our aged team members, who might not be very tech-savvy, to easily use it if needed, especially when others aren’t available to update or send alerts. I also appreciate the platform's customer support, as it is easy to contact them. They tend to get back quickly most times, and it's nice to have interactions with a human.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I wish the recurring messages would handle daylight savings better. When daylight savings occurs, the message timings get disrupted and end up being an hour earlier or later. It would be great if this feature automatically adjusted for daylight saving so messages go out at the intended time. Also, I kinda wish there was a guide available for setup, as I don't remember having one. Customer support was helpful, but I wish I knew where to locate setup information myself. Also, when adjusting recurring messages, I struggle to understand how I can make a message adjust for later that same week; sometimes it makes the adjustment take effect the following week.

The message limitations are sometimes a little frustrating, trying to fit all of my thoughts into the character limits. And I don't love that on some devices, it sends the messages into multiple messages instead of just one long one.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like Textedly's easy usability, which makes sending urgent texts a straightforward task for me. The ability to add tags when uploading contacts is really helpful, allowing me to easily filter and send messages to specific groups like business owners and local readers. I also appreciate that I can purchase additional texts as needed when we have a high send out month, and the pricing for these extra texts is fair. The initial setup was very easy, just plug and play. Overall, I'd be very likely to recommend Textedly to colleagues in need of such a service.

Nothing major. Overall the app is really great. I would maybe like an even further taggable system/way to organize the contacts in the database.

I use Textedly to mass text readers and subscribers about events, promos, and deals. It was a perfect fit for mass texting. Easy to use, allows tagging to filter contacts, and I can purchase additional texts if needed. It's great for marketing our business owners and local readers.

I like the simplicity of Textedly and being able to send messages to 60 plus people at one time. Setting up Textedly was very easy with no issues at all, taking maybe ten minutes.

Really, the only improvement at this point would be having an app to manage everything, to send out messages, and of having to log in to the account through an Internet browser.

I didn't use my service for a few months because I wasn't yet approved.  They should communicate to customers like me with reminders and support for how to get up and running if you aren't initially approved.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm building a community of high powered women who come together weekly to build and encourage each other.  I'd been using email for months and they kept telling me that I needed to communicate via text.  As soon as I reached out via text, the attendance at my weekly meeting doubled.  Texting also allows members of my community to easily invite other members to join us which is what they've been asking for.  Lastly, I can easily send out updates and send messages to different aspects of the community.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I use Textedly for communication to a group, and I like how it facilitates immediate communication and messaging. I appreciate the ease of setup, creating messaging, and adding images, which makes it a nice-looking means to send messages to the receivers.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Setting up the numbers and address book and the import feature is not easy. And also trying to use it for more than one more is hard to navigate. It's hard to add in a bulk group of new phone numbers. The initial setup was hard because of the import features and template needs.

Textedly allows for immediate group communication and messaging. It simplifies the process of setting up and creating messages, even with images, making it visually appealing to send messages.
