# How long did Text Request take to get approved and set up for you?

I like that Text Request lets me send messages to groups, but I don’t like having to wait two weeks for approval and setup before I can start using it. Right now it’s not solving many problems for us, though I think it could become more useful as our business grows and we communicate with more students. Did you run into the same setup delay, and did it feel worth the wait once you started using it?
