**What do you like best about tessi?**

Great platform for all kinds of IT and customer service as well as for consultation.I like the interface as it is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about tessi?**

As I have not encountered any problem but sometimes we may face technically issue , which is understandable.We can't complain on that.

**Recommendations to others considering tessi:**

If you are looking for a platform that gives you IT services , interagration and customer relationship , then tessi is your destination.

**What problems is tessi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to build great customer relationship for my work and Tessi provides the options for that and their expert team help us with best campaigning ideas for the same .

User-friendly interface that is much needed, and it provides it all.

**What do you dislike about tessi?**

no such downsides, but sometimes there is a lag in the system

try it out, one of the most user friendly management solutions i have ever used

micro management is superbly handled in this platform

Speed of payment processing, ease of use 

**What do you dislike about tessi?**

I didn’t have any negatives other than it was a trial period and we ended up not going with this company 

**What problems is tessi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to easy locate previous payments  and pay all employees in a timely manner. I’m able to set up payment schedules, which I wasn’t able to with previous program I was using.
