As I have implemented multiple services within Netsuite, this one takes the cake on being the easiest! The flexibility of modifying how and when we want to send dunning notices and statements to customers is phenomenal. Additionally, the existing dashboards and AI data analytics have been very helpful. Furthermore, this platform's periodic collection estimates based on historical data are almost always spot on! Although I never had to reach out to customer service much due to this very user-friendly platform, I always have a great experience whenever I do. **What do you dislike about Tesorio?** After using Tesorio for almost two years now, they have listened to their customers and made any necessary updates to make the experience of using this service as seamless as possible. As an admin user, I really don't have anything to dislike about this product. I would point out that our business environment requires all invoices to have POs to receive payments. Currently, Tesorio doesn't have the capability to exclude these invoices without POs on the automated statements sent to customers. **What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Tesorio, our company used excel sheets to track invoices. for the past 1.5 years that I have been using Tesorio, it immensely and efficiently helped us have a more detailed look at all past dues within each bucket. All users can now look through each invoices' notes and tags, giving us better visibility to categorize bad/good payers. Every screen is customizable by adding fields, changing the order of the fields, filtering, etc. Tesorio has dramatically improved our DSO. **What do you dislike about Tesorio?** Does not continuously sync to our accounting system. Only syncs three times a day. There is the option to manually sync although it is time-consuming. The information in Tesorio isn't live therefore we are still having to use both systems. **What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Tesorio, we didn't have a place to store information on collections efforts. Each team member in your company can format their view to a style that suits their working style for portfolio management. In addition, the automatic campaigns have been a HUGE factor/contributor in the ability to cover the volume of correspondence needed to keep on top of your A/R aging portfolios. **What do you dislike about Tesorio?** There are still some features that I am hopeful Tesorio will enhance in the future. One example is the ability to create a dedicated space for an individual contributor / collector in order to have a "To-Do List" (such as sending follow up emails on invoices) for their day-to-day. This would help to reduce the number of different apps or software used for reminders. A second example that can be improved are the reports generated through Tesorio, shared on the Dashboard. I have found the reports to be very inaccurate when compared to our company's finance system which houses all invoices, A/R aging information, and the amount collected in any given period. It enables a higher frequency of outreach and saves the individual from experiencing early carpel tunnel! After implementing Tesorio, we saw results quickly within the first 1-3 months as our A/R Aging continued to improve with the overall past due buckets being reduced praiseworthy levels. I believe this tool allows us to see data insights we didn't necessarily have before (or have easy access to) while giving us an organized space for our own individual invoices and accounts. It helps to keep things assigned to the right people. I also love how the send email section allows for such an easy selection of templates based on the situation. It helps to have one less thing to think about during my busy days. As far as the team goes, the people at Tesorio are top-notch, and will help you as much as you need along the way. **What do you dislike about Tesorio?** I wouldn't say I have noticed many downsides. But, there are a couple of little tweaks that might simply be my own user error (i.e. when I switch to a different template, it sometimes will pull an email address I do not want it to pull.) I appreciate how easy it is to get templates set up. I appreciate the ease at which you can pretty much sync over any fields you need. I like how the campaigns are customizable and relatively easy to set up. I like the flexibility in how I can structure campaigns to include/exclude invoicing. I like the tagging system and how it can be easily used on invoices/customers. This helps organize billing/collections and collections. **What do you dislike about Tesorio?** The assigning of accounts needs to be automated. Right now, we have to enter a collector name in another field to sync that over and then attach the Assignee in Tesorio. There is no auto-pay functionality for subscription customers. There is no auto-cash application functionality with Netsuite. There is no invoice sync to customer portal functionality for e-invoicing. Currently, we have to manually upload invoices into each customer portal. There is no credit check or auto-mated credit evaluation functionality which is typical in an AR role. The dashboards are not customizable and easily configured for both a collector level and manager level view. There is not an easy way to assign goals per month for each collector. The dunning messaging does not make sense based on the invoice age. It should follow the oldest invoice especially for a company like ours that bills on a monthly basis. The workflows are not auto-mated and easy for collection team members to use. There is no live sync with Netsuite. It would be ideal if it was a 2 way sync, but currently it's on a schedule and takes 2-4 hours to complete which is not ideal. **Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:** If you need something solely for collections, easy to use, and is compatible with Netsuite and no other functionality, it may be a good option if it comes at the right price. However, if you need something more robust with respect to all aspects of A/R (Credit evaluation, collections, invoicing, cash application), there are other options out there that might be more beneficial for you to explore. **What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tesorio serves as our collections tool. We could use netsuite, but it's not as easy to set up dunning campaigns and organize collections. After using Tesorio for collections, I thought it would be best to move our invoicing to there as well. It was better because the invoices would come from the assigned collector, more control over who would get the invoices, ability to pay in the customer portal, and easier to organize which invoices need to be uploaded into our customer's 3rd party portals (i.e. Coupa, Vendorcafe, etc.) **Official Response from Demi Hingeley:** > Hi Bryant, Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback!
