**What do you like best about telli?**

I particularly like the very intuitive user interface, which allows you to find your way around without lengthy familiarization. The speech quality is impressively natural and ensures a professional external appearance. Additionally, you can start quickly without complex IT integration, which saves time. The dedicated and helpful team also makes collaboration very pleasant.

**What do you dislike about telli?**

In some areas, there could be more customization options to better tailor processes. The reporting and analysis functions could be more detailed in some parts. For more complex setups, a deeper system integration would also be desirable.

**What problems is telli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With telli, we can efficiently mitigate capacity bottlenecks and relieve our team. New campaigns can be set up very quickly and adjusted flexibly, allowing us to work significantly more agilely. Additionally, we gain overall more flexibility in managing our processes and can respond more quickly to changes.

**What do you like best about telli?**

I really like the flexibility of Telli, as everything is very adjustable and there are great opportunities for testing. We receive very good feedback from the on-site team, which makes it a great tool to collaborate with. The onboarding process went very well, and it was pleasant that we were super flexible in setting the start time. The setup was super easy and the support was great, allowing our Sales Operations Manager to get started right away.

**What do you dislike about telli?**

The speed could definitely still be improved, but we were also very satisfied with the response. At the end of the day, everything is a development. So it's clear that it's not a tool that is 100 percent there from the start, because the AI also has to learn and be adapted to its requirements.

**What problems is telli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telli has solved the problem for us that we have many leads but not enough capacity of agents. It helps to contact leads, conduct needs analyses, and directly book meetings with our sales agents if there is interest, which improves utilization.

**What do you like best about telli?**

What I particularly like about Telli is the ease of use, the good customer service, and the high flexibility. Even without a long onboarding process, I was able to get started very quickly. If I ever get stuck, everything is clearly described in the documentation, so you can easily find a solution. I have set up several agents in different languages, and they have worked very quickly and reliably. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.

Currently, I cannot make a final judgment on that. I am very satisfied with the service and the product.

Telli supports us with inbound reception in seven different languages.

**What do you like best about telli?**

The software is already mature and includes the relevant classic software‑service elements that are necessary. You can immediately tell that the team behind it takes very few shortcuts at most. On top of that, the voice bot naturally does what it’s supposed to do. In particular, the speed and interaction capabilities are definitely on par with Nvidia’s PersonaPlex, while the possible complexity and stability are significantly better. In addition, there’s a very professional team that apparently knows what matters.

The versioning and potential organization within the prompt/context and sub-prompts

**What do you like best about telli?**

I like the interface of Telli because it allows you to describe the need in normal written form, and the technology uses this input to professionally incorporate it into the prompt. The setup is very simple and it is an absolute game changer.

**What do you dislike about telli?**

Partially, the speech recognition is not up to date. For example, the reading of phone numbers or email addresses is rarely successful for the bot. Recognition of technical terms or a predefined selection of names, such as street names, should be resolved.

I use Telli to improve our service and reduce our customers' costs. I can describe my needs in a chat, which is then professionally embedded.

The user portal to manage the agents and fill the script is very intuitive and user friendly.
Also the customer support they provide is quick and they like to think with you for solutions.

**What do you dislike about telli?**

There are no real downsides other then people that do not like to talk to AI, but that has nothing to do with Telli.

**What problems is telli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Telli to pick up the phone for callers when our back-office is occupied, the agent then either answers the question (due to an uploaded FAQ) or creates a case for the back-office to follow-up.

**What do you like best about telli?**

What I like most is the quality of Telli. Better than any other telephony agent I have seen so far. And the ease of use. The initial setup was extremely easy, with a lot of support. This greatly facilitates getting started.

**What do you dislike about telli?**

Well, of course, the language function can always be improved so that it sounds even more like a human.

**What problems is telli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telli allows us to handle an extremely large volume of claims and calls that our staff could not manage. We can follow up on thousands of files and significantly improve our claims management.

**What do you like best about telli?**

I have been a customer of Telli’s for approximately 6 months now. In that time I have seen them consistently deliver new and impressive capabilities to their platform. Their support is very good; nothing has slipped through the cracks. 

For context, I am the Head of Engineering at a start up in the United States. Given the technical nature of my work, what Telli has built and provided to its customers is astounding. I have the ability to spin up a new voice AI agent on demand and refine its persona with just a few keystrokes.

The _velocity_ that I can move with for voice AI agent needs is just about perfect. I won’t say perfect because I don’t want them to take their foot off the gas!

**What do you dislike about telli?**

The only downside I have experienced with Telli is one they can’t do anything about for now. We operate in vastly different time zones, so when an issue arises there is a little extra wait. It’s never been a blocker, and moreover what they’ve added to the platform has mitigated many support issues.

**What problems is telli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simply put: everything related to voice AI is made easy with Telli’s product. 

The nature of our business necessitates many phone calls to different entities: clients, places of business, and more. We have many team members to manage this demand for now, but with Telli, we can augment and eventually rapidly scale that capability as our demand increases. 

So, when a new use case arises (e.g. we need to start calling clients to retrieve this information) it’s incredibly easy to spin up a new agent with a laser focused set of instructions and begin rolling it out.

**What do you like best about telli?**

We’ve been using Telli for three months to book appointments with leads, and the results have been great. It’s surprisingly easy to use, and the AI agent consistently books appointments at the same rate or better than our internal call center. What’s especially impressive is how natural the conversations feel — people generally don’t realize or don’t care that they’re speaking with an AI. The onboarding was quick, and the whole system works well right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about telli?**

While the core functionality is strong, the platform’s interface could be more polished. It feels like the team is prioritizing the agent’s performance (which makes sense), but that leaves parts of the dashboard and reporting feeling a bit basic. That said, we’ve already seen improvements since we started, so it’s clearly moving in the right direction.
At the start, it took a bit of fine-tuning to have the agent pausing for the right amount of time during the conversation, in order to avoid talking over customers but also not having awkward pauses.

Telli is helping us automate appointment booking with leads, reducing the load on our internal call center.

They're continuously innovating and realising new products. They are very flexible and attentive. Easy to communicate with them. I'm very happy we are using Telli. Fairly stratightforward to integrate with our systems and we where live within 1-2 weeks.

Billing gets a bit a complex, but they're realising a billing section soon.

What I like about Telli is the team's hands-on approach with weekly feedback sessions and the very strong product! I have yet to see a product as strong as Telli's, especially on the German-speaking market.

I would like to see even more insights and also have the opportunity to expand into even more countries, but the language models are not yet ready for that.

The automation, the quick fixes and feature roll-out. Every request gets taken seriously and pipelined.

Still lots to build and not too many features for self-service yet.

All our initial calls to inbound leads are done through telli. The voice AI calls customers and schedules (or directly forwards) appointments with our kitchen planners. This is extremely time-efficient, since the planners can focus on more important tasks and we can now also call customers off-peak hours.

We completely understand the need for more flexibility and are excited to share that we’ve recently introduced the telli Prompt Editor to address exactly that.

With the Prompt Editor, you now have direct access to the voice agent’s prompt and can make your own adjustments in two ways:

1) AI-Assisted Editing:
The telli prompt agent is specialized on system prompts and can make changes on your behalf. Simply chat with it and see adjustments being made.

2) Text Editing:
Via the text editor, you are now able to make adjustments yourself in the system prompt and implement changes instantly.

With this, you can now, for example, add new call variables, custom phrasing, or targeted responses to customer signals. You can check out the post in our shared Slack/Teams channel or just drop us a message, and we’ll happily show it to you on a call!
