"Telli’s voice AI platform is amazingly powerful"
What do you like best about telli?

I have been a customer of Telli’s for approximately 6 months now. In that time I have seen them consistently deliver new and impressive capabilities to their platform. Their support is very good; nothing has slipped through the cracks.

For context, I am the Head of Engineering at a start up in the United States. Given the technical nature of my work, what Telli has built and provided to its customers is astounding. I have the ability to spin up a new voice AI agent on demand and refine its persona with just a few keystrokes.

The _velocity_ that I can move with for voice AI agent needs is just about perfect. I won’t say perfect because I don’t want them to take their foot off the gas! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about telli?

The only downside I have experienced with Telli is one they can’t do anything about for now. We operate in vastly different time zones, so when an issue arises there is a little extra wait. It’s never been a blocker, and moreover what they’ve added to the platform has mitigated many support issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about telli?

We’ve been using Telli for three months to book appointments with leads, and the results have been great. It’s surprisingly easy to use, and the AI agent consistently books appointments at the same rate or better than our internal call center. What’s especially impressive is how natural the conversations feel — people generally don’t realize or don’t care that they’re speaking with an AI. What do you dislike about telli?

While the core functionality is strong, the platform’s interface could be more polished. It feels like the team is prioritizing the agent’s performance (which makes sense), but that leaves parts of the dashboard and reporting feeling a bit basic. That said, we’ve already seen improvements since we started, so it’s clearly moving in the right direction.

At the start, it took a bit of fine-tuning to have the agent pausing for the right amount of time during the conversation, in order to avoid talking over customers but also not having awkward pauses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about telli?

They're continuously innovating and realising new products. They are very flexible and attentive. Easy to communicate with them. I'm very happy we are using Telli. Fairly stratightforward to integrate with our systems and we where live within 1-2 weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about telli?

What I like about Telli is the team's hands-on approach with weekly feedback sessions and the very strong product! I have yet to see a product as strong as Telli's, especially on the German-speaking market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your feedback, that's super helpful.

We completely understand the need for more flexibility and are excited to share that we’ve recently introduced the telli Prompt Editor to address exactly that.

With the Prompt Editor, you now have direct access to the voice agent’s prompt and can make your own adjustments in two ways:

1) AI-Assisted Editing:

The telli prompt agent is specialized on system prompts and can make changes on your behalf. Simply chat with it and see adjustments being made.

2) Text Editing:

Via the text editor, you are now able to make adjustments yourself in the system prompt and implement changes instantly.

With this, you can now, for example, add new call variables, custom phrasing, or targeted responses to customer signals. You can check out the post in our shared Slack/Teams channel or just drop us a message, and we’ll happily show it to you on a call!
