I particularly like the very intuitive user interface, which allows you to find your way around without lengthy familiarization. The speech quality is impressively natural and ensures a professional external appearance. Additionally, you can start quickly without complex IT integration, which saves time. What do you dislike about telli?

What do you like best about telli?

I really like the flexibility of Telli, as everything is very adjustable and there are great opportunities for testing. We receive very good feedback from the on-site team, which makes it a great tool to collaborate with. The onboarding process went very well, and it was pleasant that we were super flexible in setting the start time. What do you dislike about telli?

The speed could definitely still be improved, but we were also very satisfied with the response. At the end of the day, everything is a development. What do you like best about telli?

What I particularly like about Telli is the ease of use, the good customer service, and the high flexibility. Even without a long onboarding process, I was able to get started very quickly. If I ever get stuck, everything is clearly described in the documentation, so you can easily find a solution. What do you like best about telli?

The software is already mature and includes the relevant classic software‑service elements that are necessary. You can immediately tell that the team behind it takes very few shortcuts at most. On top of that, the voice bot naturally does what it’s supposed to do. In particular, the speed and interaction capabilities are definitely on par with Nvidia’s PersonaPlex, while the possible complexity and stability are significantly better. What do you like best about telli?

I like the interface of Telli because it allows you to describe the need in normal written form, and the technology uses this input to professionally incorporate it into the prompt. The setup is very simple and it is an absolute game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Partially, the speech recognition is not up to date. For example, the reading of phone numbers or email addresses is rarely successful for the bot. Recognition of technical terms or a predefined selection of names, such as street names, should be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about telli?

"Telli’s voice AI platform is amazingly powerful"
What do you like best about telli?

I have been a customer of Telli’s for approximately 6 months now. In that time I have seen them consistently deliver new and impressive capabilities to their platform. Their support is very good; nothing has slipped through the cracks.

For context, I am the Head of Engineering at a start up in the United States. Given the technical nature of my work, what Telli has built and provided to its customers is astounding. I have the ability to spin up a new voice AI agent on demand and refine its persona with just a few keystrokes.

The _velocity_ that I can move with for voice AI agent needs is just about perfect. I won’t say perfect because I don’t want them to take their foot off the gas! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about telli?

The only downside I have experienced with Telli is one they can’t do anything about for now. We operate in vastly different time zones, so when an issue arises there is a little extra wait.
