**What do you like best about TelebuHub?**

TelebuHub is the best trending market product that offers a virtual cloud office in that we can manage our call centre industry in a single platform. It's manages inbound and outbound traffic.

**What do you dislike about TelebuHub?**

Dashboard complexity is a issue that I'm facing while using TelebuHub.

**What problems is TelebuHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inbound and outbound traffic that a common features of an every business needs and it's totally benefiting everyone.

**What do you like best about TelebuHub?**

it can provide easily direct calls to our agents,using IVR and call tracking facility is very good.

**What do you dislike about TelebuHub?**

as of now no comments on disliking, sometime network issues happens but it is not their fault.

**What problems is TelebuHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

answering each and every call we are getting, to correct POC, minimizing dialing and on hold time for us.
