Used to work well. **What do you dislike about Sellics?** Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service! Having used Sellics for many years, we took a small break and when we resubscribed to Sellics some features weren't working correctly, most notably the profit calculator tool which hadn't tracked historic data correctly. Having spent weeks contacting customer services was very slow coming back to us on why this data wasn't available and we wasted a month's subscription trying to fix the tool - absolute waste of time and it still doesn't work! Sellics support refused to refund us, which is shocking as the product didn't work as described, we feel significantly misled and would not have subscribed if we knew the tools didn't work as before, they should have told us if these features weren't available when we re-subscribed - absolute shocking, misleading, money-grabbing service from a company that puts profit before helping loyal customers. **What problems is Sellics solving and how is that benefiting you?** amazon to help with advertsing and sales tracking in the uk and europe ### 3. This was particularly true after we move from Automated Rules to Autopilot as machine learning optimised our bids to meet a certain criteria we had in place ### 4. However, my boss has found the Advertising management tools to be integral to our overall advertising plan. **What do you dislike about Sellics?** There really isn't anything to truly dislike about sellics. It's very powerful, has a sleek and modern design, and the UI is overall very intuitive. Some of the translations were not completely coherent from the German version as an English version user. **What problems is Sellics solving and how is that benefiting you?** This gave me a great advantage when starting out with amazon ads and amazon seller central. Sellics helped me to better understand the amazon seller platform and optimization of my listings. ### 8. That was what sold me, as other platforms had marketplace limits or additional costs associated with each one. With Sellics, you can add any marketplaces you use (that they support, which is all but the newest), and it is easy to toggle through the dashboards of each to get an idea of performance every day. **What do you dislike about Sellics?** I don't specifically dislike anything. To be honest, my ACOS has not really gone down, despite introducing automated rules on all my keyword and product campaigns. I also feel it would make sense for Sellics to add review soliciting emails, to broaden their service offering. **Recommendations to others considering Sellics:** Choose Sellics if you sell on multiple Amazon marketplaces and are cost-conscious. **What problems is Sellics solving and how is that benefiting you?** The time required to constantly review and adjust bids for my Amazon campaigns. As mentioned, my ACOS hasn't really decreased, but hopefully Sellics has kept my campaigns competitve with the ever increasing competition. ### 9. It's a shame the performance tool doesn't work yet as it would be extremely useful. **Recommendations to others considering Sellics:** Very useful if you're looking to get wider visibility on your Amazon business with tools that aren't available through seller central **What problems is Sellics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We automate the keyword bids for 100s of thousands of keywords using sellics, something we never would have been able to accomplish manually. We also use the system to assess changes in profitability and collate information about the issues affecting our customers through the review tool. I was on SellerLabs, and it could not do half the things Sellics does. I'd rather pay a flat fee rather than a sliding cost based on my gross Amazon sales. The support team needs to improve communication. And the fact that there are no other tools that offer it's level of functionality for all EU markets. Most tools only focus on US, UK and Germany. So, for instance, keyword research and optimization can be done for all markets, unlike other tools, which might even me a bit better in some aspects. This is the main reason why I chose Sellics. **What do you dislike about Sellics?** It's a bit slow at times when switching screens within the tool. Also, product onboarding is not fully automated and some backend tweaks have to be done by the staff. But they are very responsive, even during the weekends! **What problems is Sellics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to monitor performance, profits and track rankings and reviews in just one place. This saves time and gives you a nice screenshot of your business at any point in time. ### 12.
