Their Editorial Recommendations were horrible. They didn't even get correct information written about the products we requested for our client and we had to reach out to get corrections made. They never even performed, i.e. never showed up ON Amazon and only had a few interaction OFF Amazon.

They are insisting on charging me for a service they didn't deliver on. They cancelled the service, likely because of how poorly it performed, and started a new service to replace it.

I disputed some bills, in which the sales reps and customer support person went silent on, and their AR department was requiring me to follow up with her on what was actually owed. That makes no sense.

1) Able to optimize a large number of products.

2) Low usage fees.

3) ACoS improved by about 10%.

4) The UI is a very user-friendly screen with the exception of some buttons.

*Some buttons are small and may be accidentally clicked, resulting in a screen transition.

1) I want products to be automatically retrieved, added to the campaign, and optimized.

2) Some keywords to be optimized need to be done manually. What we are looking for is full automation.

3) Other companies have created automated tools to create ad groups for each product, but these are not supported here.

4) For example, if a variation of a product is re-registered, a new ASIN will be issued. The old ASIN remains and is difficult to manage if the variation is frequently reconfigured.

Sponsored Products spend and ACOS tracking. It's extremely helpful that Perpetua also supports Target and Walmart sites. Being able to organize advertisement spending and what amount to contribute as a suggestion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside of using Perpetua is that if the website is down or having issues I can't make progress on the tasks I need to perform and I'm stuck waiting. Search Insights "Share of Voice" is lacking tools that allow you to download it as an excel/CSV report which would save us time from manually inputting the percentages.
