"Useful results, Quick and intuitive to use"

What do you like best?

Easy to use, powerful data, fast results. The NPS score is helpful especially when we survey by product line. Our Client Success Managers have been extremely helpful. They make sure that you are optimizing your efforts with this tool. They are really responsive and proactively keep everyone on track.

What do you dislike?

The Sales process! There was no pricing model; I had to keep asking for clarification so it was a struggle to finalize the deal. In the end, pricing is still very high for this tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Demand clarity with the Sales Person on the pricing before signing. After you are a customer, your Client Success Manager will take extremely good care of you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

VOC marketing is powerful material for us. We can generate content in a lot less time than manually creating charts and layouts. We also enjoy using the customer volunteer references for the various activities, such as media quotes, presenting and writing white papers.

"Great functionality, interface, and support"

What do you like best?

The platform helps us quickly develop customer content that would normally take time we don't have. The design is very intuitive and extremely user-friendly. Our CSM is smart, friendly, and responsive.

What do you dislike?

The sales staff was overbearing and only concerned about closing the deal, not solving our problems. When we were ready to purchase, they told us it would cost $10K more than they quoted us at the beginning of the process. They eventually honored the original price, and once we got past the sales team, the service was very good.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're able to create compelling customer content in much less time than we'd need to otherwise. We have case studies and supporting facts that help our sales process.

"Best way to gather testimonials and quotes"

Easiest customer testimonial collection!

Would love to ask more than 10 questions

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

TechValidate makes it easy to reach a lot of customers at once and receive feedback. A lot more people will respond to a survey where they don't have to interact with anyone than to a phone call asking for a testimonial. We can quickly aggregate data and find exactly what we need based on product, industry, or other specifics.

"Great Tech Validator"

What do you like best?

It gives you a wealth of information to look into.

What do you dislike?

Their isn't anything I really dislike about this product.

I would use this product. I felt it does exactly what it says it will do. It helps provide an easy way to access the information that can be crucial when determining who the next targets will be and what the next set of trends are. It also adds the ability to store our customers testimonials in a neat and easy way. Our company uses this to further our marketing efforts.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the problems associated with research. It also helps us validate the different case studies and marketing research our company has conducted. It is a very useful tool to keep our sales team and marketing connected. It is also easily integrated into our system making it much easier to use. It is easily accessed within our Salesforce tabs.

"Good tool. Great people. Excellent results."

What do you like best?

With TechValidate we were able to quickly generate and publish great content from customer survey responses with minimal effort beyond creating the survey itself. The team was super helpful in providing feedback and best practices suggestions on our survey questions and response options so we could get the most value out of them.

What do you dislike?

The subscription is expensive if you don't run many surveys. And you cannot simply host your published survey data without purchasing some number of surveys during the subscription period.

We were able to quickly and easily produce and publish great content (testimonials, metrics, case studies) from customer survey responses .

"Great Software to Verify Customer Experiences"

What do you like best?

The software is easy to use (similar to Survey Monkey) and allows users to verify customer feedback and results with just a couple of clicks. TechValidate makes it easy to survey customers (while giving them an incentive to complete the survey) and provides great marketing assets to use publicly.

What do you dislike?

Limitations on surveys that need to be translated into different languages.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

TechValidate allows for users to quickly publish customer success stories, feedback, and metrics. We've been able to build a large content library of techfacts that have been very helpful to use for marketing and sales.

"TechValidate is a Great Way to Get Quotes and Case Studies from your Customers"

What do you like best?

I really like the ease of use and the high level of customization you can create within the product. I've used it as a tool to independently validate a happy customer's experience for quotes and case studies and found it intuitive to use and better than other tools in the market.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that my account was setup automatically for large surveys, so even if I was only sending to one contact, the workflow called for multiple days of review. I contacted TechValidate though and our representative fast-tracked my survey for me since I was only sending to one customer to create a specific case study and not a mass mail.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy way to gain 3rd party validation for quotes and case studies from your customers. I've gained this information manually in the past and many times it was very time consuming and frustrating. TechValidate cut the time to get approved quotes and case studies in half.

"Any easy-to-use channel to create credible content"

What do you like best?

Techvalidate has a smart user interface and we found the customer support great - not just reactive support when we needed it but a readiness to engage proactively to get us a good outcome. The Techvalidate team we knowledgable, passionate and accountable for the program's success.

What do you dislike?

Little to dislike. The price tag is high, so make sure you are set up to fully use what Techvalidate offers and it pays for itself. This means getting executive sponsorship and integrating the program with product, online and field marketing, for example,

See the potential of user-generated content and get your internal teams and resources aligned around it.

We needed to give our customers - and especially power users - a voice in their peer groups to express the benefits they had seen from using our product. We generated passionate and attributable content that we can use online, in PR and marketing campaigns.

Easy to poll customer, great response rate, the TechFacts are a helpful and useful statistics

Limited number of questions, unable to tweak questions if you are resurveying (even minor tweaks)

"Incredible content produced with little effort"

What do you like best?

TechValidate was incredibly intuitive and helped our team gather great customer data that was could easily be displayed in hundreds of ways through quotes, graphs, etc.

What do you dislike?

Very little to dislike about the team and the product - it met all of our needs and then some.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Utilize the support team at TechValidate - they were very hands on, proactive, and helped us build our customer survey in a way that would get us the best responses. Without their help, I'm not sure how successful our project would have been.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Gathering valuable customer data on how they used our product and displayed it in thousands of different visual ways that we used across all channels. It was a huge demand generation value add and we instantly had a library of great customer data we could use for prospecting.

What do you like best?

TechValidate makes extracting and legitimizing gems from customer feedback surveys a breeze.

Some customers complain that the survey request emails look like spam. Hasn't been a widespread issue.
