I really like the ease of use and the high level of customization you can create within the product. I dislike that my account was setup automatically for large surveys, so even if I was only sending to one contact, the workflow called for multiple days of review. I contacted TechValidate though and our representative fast-tracked my survey for me since I was only sending to one customer to create a specific case study and not a mass mail.
