I like that teamwork is integrated with our Spot On POS system. The fact that employees can remotely check their worked hours is a huge plus. I like that the POS system will inform employees if they are clocking in early for their shift, and that I as a manager get notified through teamwork about employees that are late. The interface of Teamwork leaves a lot to be desired. It is difficult to navigate, and is all in all not designed very well from a graphic design standpoint. There are many features that I wish teamwork offered. As a manager, I wish I had the capability to offer up other employees shifts when they are unable to work. I would like to be able to create my own shift parameters and personalization that pertains to my restaurant. I do not like that the mobile version of teamwork greatly limits what I am able to adjust, versus the computer version. I do not like that their is no option to add an "open shift" for employees to pick up if they would like to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
