What do you like best about Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams?

I really enjoy the ability to choose to click a link to get into call or simply dial a conference number if you are unable to click the link (or don't want to join via link). I also like that you can join with just audio through the link without having to actually be on video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams?

The past calls are not always saved in the History tab which can sometimes cause confusion among employees when trying to get everyone on the same page of which link to go to or which number to call. It would be much easier if they were all saved and I could just instruct participants to a specific day/time that we were all on the same meeting. We have a lot of reoccurring calls (weekly or bi-weekly) and having to recreate the same meeting and resend in a calendar invite can be a bit taxing at times. What problems is Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find it helpful to have the ability to invite multiple people from various organizations by sending a link or just forwarding a Teams Code for everyone to use for the call or meeting. It is friendly, very easy to use, you can share screen, audio, video. You can have all the features you can need in a conference platform in a secure environmet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dont like is that each time you share something within the conference you have to remember to click in the box that allows you to share sound. It is really annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's safe, friendly but remember to pay attention when sharing screen, if you are about to share something with sound you have to click a little box before doing so if not nobody is going to listen anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Think about software that is user friendly, that is intuitive and that guides even the least-techno savvy team member in ways that builds their confidence and ability to function effectively in a virtual environment. Teams delivers a solution to my team to manage workflow in one convenient platform, despite the fact that we may be geographically dispersed as an organization. We will continue to use teams to conduct our business after COVID and have found its benefits to be very valuable to our ability to get the work done on time, on task, and on strategy. More sophisticated than some of the other brand platforms accepted for use today. It's streamlined and offers a multitude of functionality that provides us the professionalism we seek in doing business across multiple channels, departments and stakeholder groups.
