This is one of the best tools to communicate within the organization. We have been using this tool for the last 3 years and it has amazing features. I like the simplicity of setting up my meeting. I click who I want to invite and it sends the link to all. I can set it to allow people to join as they can and leave when they wish. Like any program, nothing on it works 100% of the time every time. Perhaps it is me forgetting, but it seems to never work the same way twice - for instance - getting my page to share or to use my whiteboard. It seems I have to take different steps each time. Managing group chats is an uphill task at MS Teams Manager. It goes erratic when there are a large number of users on board. Responding to the direct comments & following up on the new comments is arduous.
