What do you like best about Teambridge?

Our company has been in the dark ages, only using spreadsheets for scheduling, billing, and payroll. We tried several other "solutions," but they all failed. Until Teambridge, that is. When we initially started building the program, we were "gifted" with a wonderful liaison who held our hands every step of the way (yay, Ashley!). It has taken us a little longer than expected to get started, but even my employees who have done things one way forever and can be resistant to change, are excited and feeling confident about how the Teambridge program will help eliminate errors, save massive time, and provide better communication. The folks at Teambridge are aptly named-- truly a team of solution-focused, perceptive, and extraordinarily helpful pros to "bridge" the gaps in your company's processes. What do you dislike about Teambridge?

It's a little too soon for us to tell, but the only thing that comes to mind is that not every field, column, or process can be re-named or adjusted in ways to mirror our current process, but it seems there is always a work-around that will be just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Teambridge?

We've been using Teambridge since it's early inception for our time-keeping and workforce management needs for at least five years now, and overall, the experience has been very positive. We went from a paper based system to using Teambridge. Now our employees can easily clock in and out, request time off, and view their schedules. Beyond timekeeping, Teambridge also serves as a central hub for communication. We use it to send program wide announcements and reminders directly to employees. This has helped to ensure important messages don't get lost in emails or group chats and is especially useful for reaching employees who work at different sites with varied schedules. A particularly useful feature has been the ability to store important documents and resources within the platform. We maintain a centralized library of forms and policies that staff can access at any time. This not only ensures consistency but also makes it easy for employees to find the tools and information they need without having to ask or search multiple systems. The customer service team is always very responsive and helpful and always resolves issues very quickly. What do you dislike about Teambridge?

While we have found the platform to be reliable with minimal downtime, our program has struggled to utilize the leave balance in a way that has fully met our needs. What do you like best about Teambridge?

When going through the research process it was great to work with various team of teambridge to work through what our needs are, and if they could meet them. If they could not, they were honest. That is appreciated. We felt we were talking to very competent and trustworthy teambridge people and it made the decision to use them easy. We then were assigned an account manager for set up and training us. This was amazing and so helpful. We could maybe have mustered through ourselves but this saved us time and the collaboration was seamless and appreciated. The app/desktop is easy to use, and easy to follow and all of the features were amazingly simple for our team to use. I loved the customization too. It is a great team and product! Win-Win! What do you dislike about Teambridge?

It was not as intuitive to set up as I would have liked- but I am not a digital or IT person. My digital and IT people could figure things out much quicker than me so it worked fine. and once they showed me where things were- it made perfect sense. What do you like best about Teambridge?

So far we are using Team Bridge for all of our PRN needs. We are a smaller office which is growing. Thus far, I have added all of our Client locations into Teambridge as well as our PRN clinicians who are able to be placed at each location. It is helping me so much to keep track of who is where and when. Also it's helping me to know what locations I've still got to fill. What do you dislike about Teambridge?

What do you like best about Teambridge?

Ease of Use - The mobile app is intuitive and easy to navigate for candidates. The automated onboarding process for new candidates has streamlined our workflow significantly.

Implementation Support - Having a dedicated implementation specialist was valuable.

Customer Support - We appreciate having access to dedicated staff through the chat support feature.

Daily Integration - TeamBridge has become an essential daily tool across all our departments.

What do you dislike about Teambridge?

Product Development Concerns - The frequent rollout of new features sometimes makes the platform feel like a patchwork of solutions rather than a cohesive product tailored to our specific business needs. Ideally, we wouldn't need a dedicated internal administrator, as the true cost includes both the monthly subscription and the salary of our internal support person.

Missing Core Features - Several essential features are absent, including temp availability tracking and a properly functioning client portal. The client login experience needs significant improvement, as clients receive notifications intended for internal users. No easy way for clients to place orders themselves without seeing unnecessary admin fields.

Customer Support Issues - Chat response times could be faster, and support staff need better familiarity with individual accounts. The chat feature itself is unreliable—it often fails to load properly, requiring page refreshes or sometimes not loading at all.

Feature Limitations - We need better availability tracking, email delivery confirmation (extremely important - as clients can contest our fee saying they didn't get our email, this happens frequently), mass email capabilities with image and attachment support, enhanced chat features (including division-specific broadcasts), improved automation organization, and a "Recommend" feature that factors in availability (the current feature rarely loads properly). The messaging alert system needs improvement as it's easy to miss incoming messages.

Interface Design - The desktop layout feels cluttered and is particularly challenging to use on single-screen setups.

Integration Challenges - Data migration was extremely cumbersome due to lack of Zoho integration, requiring extensive manual review to transfer our data (much of which remains unmigrated). We're forced to use Constant Contact for client and candidate communication since TeamBridge lacks this capability, requiring manual contact list exports. What do you like best about Teambridge?

We used to have a manual timecard process that took 2.5 days, used over a ream of paper and 3+ people to process. Because of Teambridge, we are now able to process payroll in 1.25 days, maybe 15 pieces of paper and one person! Their reporting function is easily customized for your needs. The amount of time, money, paper, etc. saved is unsurmountable. Also, from an associate's point of view, what a great tool to be able to clock in/out of shifts via an app on a cell phone. What do you like best about Teambridge?

To be fair, we are just finishing the implementation phase and are about to launch at our facility. Our implementation manager has been very creative to not only finding ways to implement the many requirements that we have for our time and attendance system, but has suggested and developed a lot of additional automated processes that will make Team Bridge a huge asset for our business. With what we have seen thus far, Team Bridge’s ease of use and automated process will greatly simplify our time and attendance program while simplifying our labor use reporting for our accounting department. What do you like best about Teambridge?

Any time we had an issue or feature we wished we had, their support team always listened (much more than other vendors), and often added customer feedback to their roadmap.

The software, itself has a great balance between flexibility and ease of use.
