
Our company has been in the dark ages, only using spreadsheets for scheduling, billing, and payroll. We tried several other "solutions," but they all failed. Until Teambridge, that is. When we initially started building the program, we were "gifted" with a wonderful liaison who held our hands every step of the way (yay, Ashley!). It has taken us a little longer than expected to get started, but even my employees who have done things one way forever and can be resistant to change, are excited and feeling confident about how the Teambridge program will help eliminate errors, save massive time, and provide better communication. The folks at Teambridge are aptly named-- truly a team of solution-focused, perceptive, and extraordinarily helpful pros to "bridge" the gaps in your company's processes. It's a little too soon for us to tell, but the only thing that comes to mind is that not every field, column, or process can be re-named or adjusted in ways to mirror our current process, but it seems there is always a work-around that will be just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
