Very simple way of completing telecommunication orders on the West end of Canada. Simple and easy to use for our agents without having problems or technical difficulties.
What do you dislike?
A very old user interface seems like it has been vastly outdated and needs for modernization. A lot of the process requires manual input as thier is no integration with other softwares which allow for auto-population.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our business utilizes TBS for the LEC component of our orders. This portion often deals with architects, engineers, and technicians on the west end of the country. It gives us an efficient way of tracking our orders out west and it used by our vendors as well.
