TalVista pricing is based on the estimated number of annual hires. We do not price based on seats or number of candidates with our enterprise subscriptions. Software is meant to be used rather than worry about adding another user seat and increasing costs or if you've hit your candidate limit.
We recommend beginning with our Pilot for a proof of concept of either 60 or 90 days. The 90 Pilot includes proctoring with A/B testing. Pilots are usually focused on a specific group or team and a subset of jobs and users. Pricing is dependent on the number of modules you plan to pilot and include on average 10-30 jobs/hires during the pilot period. The price range is $5000-$35,000.
Some of our clients choose to skip the Pilot and proceed with a discounted multi-year enterprise software license. Single year subscriptions are also availble. Enterprise pricing is based on the estimated number of hires planned for the year and which modules will be included and the number of years. The price range can be $15,000-$500,000 per year.
In order to provide our prospects with the most accurate pricing, it's important to hold a short scoping call to understand the business and use case. During this call, we'll also discuss our implementation process and fees and whether integration with an ATS, CRM, or Recruitment Marketing platform is needed and the fees associated with the integration.
Pricing information for TalVista is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly
accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase TalVista must be conducted with the
seller.

Pilots - payment upfront, Net 15
Enterprise - payment upfront, Net 30
Integration - payment 90% upfront due at signing and 10% upon acceptance
