Having used the structured interview feature, this reviewer finds it helps maintain focus during candidate assessments. The redaction feature, however, appears to be underdeveloped and does not adequately conceal all personal details.

Designating certain questions that directly relate to the job made it possible to set a high probability that various hiring managers would be impartial in their assessment. With the help of TalVista's tool you can see only the relevant part of the candidate's Resume as the tool delete the unnecessary information in the pdf or Word document shared by the candidate.
