I really enjoy Talentis because of its ease of getting information into the system and then the incredible searching and sorting it can do - The search function is so powerful - I am finding talent I could not find before! I work in search mostly retained but some contingency and it works for both. I love the reporting function for getting info out to prepare for my clients and the functional Outlook plugin. It is not the cheapest but it also does a lot more than more expensive platforms. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we implemented Talentis a few years back, the speed at which it has developed has been remarkable. Today, it’s the software that holds our entire executive search business together. We use it for everything – candidate sourcing, centralized relationship management, pipeline visibility, candidate lifecycle tracking, business development, reporting and so on. It’s a full executive search CRM. I also have to say the service is really good too – the support team is really responsive and are committed to helping us get the most out of it. Having recently migrated from FileFinder to Talentis, our team has experienced a significant uplift in productivity and user satisfaction. 1) The password reset on the client portal, when providing clients with a client portal link is cumbersome and glitchy. 2) Not showing bio's in the client portal adds an unnecessary layer of admin - having to copy the bio into commentary. 3) needing to refresh the browswer when adding people to Talentis from LinkedIn from a RecruiterLite search, when you move through profiles one has to then refresh the browser to update the Talentis plug-in. We have migrated from another Executive Search CRM we had been using for many years. Talentis has dramatically increased productivity; it has replaced the need for data entry almost completely (it's reduced it by 90%)

Talentis has centralised our relationship management tools. It has helped us to

• Manage each Executive Search like a project — with visible candidate stages, team input, and status tracking.

• Gives pipeline viability for all candidate, showing how candidates through stages (e.g., Longlist → Shortlist → Client Interviews → Offer → Placement).

2. Candidate Relationship Tracking

We can track all candidates' professional experience, notes, touchpoints, profiles and past opportunities —It’s a true executive search CRM. Everyone in our organisation can easily

• Create notes, call logs, utilise the email integration (wow!) and upload document attachments

• Track candidate status across multiple projects

3. Client Interaction & Collaboration

• The client portal is brilliant, as are the dashboards, reporting tools and customised reporting which is benefiting both clients and consultants.

4. Search History, Intelligence, and Candidate Reusability

It remembers every candidate we’ve met, rejected or placed — and makes them easy to find for future searches. The data is structured for long-term talent pool management

5. Office 365 Integration

• The automatic capture of communication through the Outlook & Word/ integrations is so impactful.

6. Reporting & KPI Tracking

Talentis easily generates reports on project progress, candidate pipelines, and team productivity. The client portal is also a feature worth noting.

7. User Experience for Team Collaboration

It works seamlessly for research, consultants, and partners — a truly centralised relationship management system.

• Multiple team members can easily collaborate on search assignments and see how the assignment is progressing. Information and intelligence can be seen and shared in a way we weren't able to do before now.

8. Data capture

This has been a true game changer - we no longer have to manually input data (work history, education etc) - it is generated and captured instantly by Talentis.

After 11 years on another leading CRM, my executive search firm has made the leap to Talentis. The transition & data migration were handled seamlessly by the team at Ikiru and the new software is simply outstanding. Tasks that used to take minutes now take seconds thanks to the incorporation of AI and very effective LinkedIn integration.
