We are a boutique executive search firm, and our work begins where CVs end – in understanding a person, a role and a context. We used to lose hours to data entry. The team now spends those hours with people. A search project here runs to hundreds of profiles. Sourcing through the Talent Graph brings them in without anyone typing them, and one search covers both the newly sourced people and the network we already hold. The search is AI-assisted, which in practice means we describe the profile and it sets the search fields. We came from FileFinder. From day one we did not miss it. Talentis integrates with Outlook as FileFinder did. Search and reporting is much faster. Assignments and campaigns hold the candidate work together, and the dated to-dos are where each working day starts. The same structure carries the contact that continues long after a placement. Every reminder puts the person's context one click away, so a call picks up where the previous one ended instead of searching first and starting over. The defined stages make the state of a search visible at any moment. That has changed our client updates more than we expected. The interface is intuitive and not overloaded. I really enjoy Talentis because of its ease of getting information into the system and then the incredible searching and sorting it can do - The search function is so powerful - I am finding talent I could not find before! I work in search mostly retained but some contingency and it works for both. I love the reporting function for getting info out to prepare for my clients and the functional Outlook plugin. It has helped us to • Manage each Executive Search like a project — with visible candidate stages, team input, and status tracking. • Gives pipeline viability for all candidate, showing how candidates through stages (e.g., Longlist → Shortlist → Client Interviews → Offer → Placement). 2. Candidate Relationship Tracking We can track all candidates' professional experience, notes, touchpoints, profiles and past opportunities —It’s a true executive search CRM.
