**What do you like best about Take5 People?**

Take5 People organizes our employees’ human resource basic tasks such as training, absences, and appraisals, thus enabling the organization to address its workforce distribution challenge.  Another advantage is conformity with local statutory specification in every country.

**What do you dislike about Take5 People?**

There is some extra configuration and patching up needed to integrate our existing payroll vendor into this platform.  This disrupts the transfer between the HR and payroll systems of employee data, increasing work and getting in the way of efficient processing of payrolls.

**What problems is Take5 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Take5 People deals with issues in managing HR for employees who work in distant locations across Asia.   Since essential functions are integrated into one place, several main activities such as new employee orientation, time off tracking, and performance appraisal are optimized.

Initial setup is time-consuming. Desktop version is far better than mobile version.
