Oh for campaign ops across channels, LocaliQ stands out as the highest-rated here with a big review base, reviewers like the combination of cross-channel management (search, social, display) with actual campaign optimization support rather than just a self-serve dashboard. AdRoll is the other heavily-reviewed one, well-liked for multi-channel retargeting and display with an approachable, self-serve setup. Google Marketing Platform (DV360) is powerful and widely used but leans toward agencies and larger, more hands-on programmatic operations. To be real, a couple of the bigger enterprise names here (Criteo, Skai) sit lower on satisfaction in reviews, so bigger isn't automatically better for ops trust. For a director managing day-to-day operations, is white-glove support from the vendor (LocaliQ) more valuable, or full self-serve control (AdRoll, DV360)? That's the real fork.
