**What do you like best about Uservox?**

I am currently using Uservox for the analysis of voice calls and lead verification. The software is highly effective in capturing and analyzing calls, providing detailed insights that help improve quality and performance.
The platform is very interactive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and review data efficiently. Additionally, the Uservox team is extremely supportive and responsive — they ensure timely assistance and are open to feedback and feature suggestions.
Overall, Uservox has proven to be a reliable and insightful tool for call monitoring, data analysis, and lead verification.

**What do you dislike about Uservox?**

As the AI LLM is currently in the learning and optimization phase, vernacular call implementation remains a limitation at this stage. Rest Team is working on a regular basis fix the daily basis, fine tuning the LLM Calling Process.

**What problems is Uservox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uservox is helping us streamline lead disposition tracking and gain deeper insights into customer behavior by analyzing tone and intent during calls. It also enables us to extract valuable information from telecaller interactions, which supports quality monitoring, improves customer engagement, and helps identify key areas for training and process improvement.

The first highlight would be the product itself. Its super easy and intuitive to use with rich analytics
Secondly, the founders are truly impressive—proactive, highly knowledgeable, and possess a strong problem-solving mindset. Thanks to these qualities, implementation with uservox is remarkably fast, which greatly supports our go-to-market efforts.

**What do you dislike about Uservox?**

Nothing specific, but the product is  slightly dependent on the big tech for the LLM.
