**What do you like best about Symtrain?**

As a customer, I've found Symtrain's AI training simulations incredibly helpful for my team. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to set up new training scenarios. Their customer support team has been exceptional - always responsive and going above and beyond to help us maximize the platform's potential.

**What do you dislike about Symtrain?**

The platform offers so many features that it can be overwhelming at first - though this becomes an advantage once you're familiar with it. I wish we had implemented it sooner, as we would have saved even more time on training. The pricing structure may be prohibitive for smaller businesses or those with limited training budgets. Additionally, the user interface could benefit from modernization to improve navigation and overall user experience.

**What do you like best about Symtrain?**

I have found this tool to be very useful when it comes to training the agents. My team can setup some time practice at their own pace and I simple have to monitor their performances. Even the sym creation part is really easy and I have used it for so many different use cases and it works wonders!

There are so many features that it gets overwhelming. Once you give it some time and practice with it, it gets easier and easier.

**What do you like best about Symtrain?**

The best abut Symtrain is that you can practice as much as you want, without any issues whatsoever. 
Also, you can easily learn how to use even if you have never used it before, so it has a great learning curve compared to most of the training platforms I've used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Symtrain?**

When you get deeper into it and start assigning your modules and more, you actually need to go to "Assignment" to assign them. Which is still very simple and friendly, but I would prefer to just locate my module/sym and just assign it regardless of the panel I'm working on. Other than this smaill thing, I love it!

**What problems is Symtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pretty much the way on how I speak, even at my rythm. Not goign too fast, not too slow. Symtrain detects when you get a little too nervous, or when you are not using the proper tone (energy). So it really helps you work on your confidence while speaking to someone, while helping you practice with visuals of the software you might be using (in the visual syms only).

There are four huge  upsides:
1. New hire process and soft skills training to augment instructor led training
2. Eliminates the need for in class role play exercises 
3. Boost training when an area of opportunity is identifies.
4. Easy integration.

The onlkt real downside is learning how to create Syms. It just a learning process with a very short ramp up time.

As stated earlier Symtrain is allowing our agents to be assigned Syms both dufirn new hire training and when there is a need to refresh a skill.

I love how the Symtrain platform is accessible and so much easy to use. It hardly takes 10 seconds to get anyone into Symtrain and the ability to simulate real customer interactions helps agents build confidence and improve performance. The platform is straightforward, making it easy for both new and experienced users to engage with the system.

SymTrain’s feedback system works well but has room for even more customization, offering a chance to refine training outcomes and adapt them to unique organizational goals.

My trainer has said the the module creation and distribution to call center agents is nice and easy.

Not being able to control the time to answer a question. Visibility into who has completed the assigned training and who has not.  Also, ranking users by completion scores.

It didn't allow me to create a video simulation but the options to add as many screenshots and images of our daily tool suffice the needs.

SymTrain has completely transformed how I approach my work. What I love most about SymTrain is how personalized the training feels. The AI coaching adapts to my strengths and areas where I need improvement, making the sessions really effective. As a business, we've seen improments in all our key metrics post taking  Symtrian.

Our customer service agents like using Symtrain - here are some of the conmments received when surveyed.

Due to having multiple systems and cross-functions, we needed more development resources that anticiapted to create content. Development cycle is not as quickly as we would like it to be. We are a large organization with 10K+ users.

**What do you like best about Symtrain?**

Symtrain has allowed us to do more hands-on trainings for our new associates at HOMELINK. It allows our new hires to get hands-on practice with our system and get comfortable with navigating without the fear of being in a real file for a real patient. I enjoy that Symtrain coninues to make improvements and takes the feedback from their users. We frequently have meetings with Symtrain to talk about how things are going and they've even met with us to show us some new things they're working on. When we have issues with the site, Symtrain is very quick to rectify the situation and help us get our associates into the site for their practices.

**What do you dislike about Symtrain?**

The issues we have with Symtrain mainly revolve around our associates getting into the system. They bookmark the site and then upon closing and going back to the site on a different day, they aren't able to sign in. We have found a work around is to resend them the link when that happens. There have also been a few individuals who aren't able to sign in, but with the new addition to the site, we are able to reset their passwords, allowing them to get back in much quicker. So these issues aren't large, and we've been made aware they're being worked on.

Symtrain allows our associates the hands-on practice and helps new hires get more comfortable with our system we use here. Symtrain has helped our associates catch onto the system a little quicker and gain that confidence around navigating the system quicker than we've seen in the past.

**What do you like best about Symtrain?**

My team and I are regular users of SymTrain, especially for adapting to new messaging strategies and continuous learning. This platform has completely changed the way we train, which speeds up the time it takes for our team to master new skills.

What sets SymTrain apart is its combination of visual and voice simulations, which have dramatically reduced the time needed for onboarding and coaching.

The real game-changer for us, however, is the ease of uploading and editing Talk Tracks and Sequences. In a market that evolves rapidly, the ability to make quick edits is invaluable. The flexibility to adapt and pivot simulations sets SymTrain apart from other platforms in the field.

Another aspect I value with SymTrain is its client support. Whenever we have questions, the SymTrain team is incredibly responsive and supportive. Their hands-on assistance ensures we make the most out of the platform without any major disruptions.

That I didn't have it in every other role I've had.

One of the biggest challenges is reducing the time it takes for new SDRs to become effective. SymTrain has made this process much more efficient. The onboarding time has been significantly shortened, allowing new team members to contribute more quickly.

What I like best about Symtrain is, well, everything!  We have been using the platform as a way to onboard and train our SDRs for many years.  The platform is constantly improving and growing.  And their CS team (Jamie is a ROCKSTAR) are there to ensure you get the most of out it.

**What do you dislike about Symtrain?**

Not a single thing.  Have been a customer for years!

Our Sales Development Reps need to be able to practice making cold calls on behalf of our clients.  Symtrain allows us to do exactly that.  As clients come and go, the SDRs often have to learn about a new client/product/messaging.  Utilizing Symtrain allows us to have our reps on the phones in less than a day.  After the initial onboarding, it's a wonderful "continuing education" tool.  It's like taking batting practice before a baseball game.

We are a call center, and Symtrain allows us to create simulations with actual calls but modified to improve our agent's skills. The software is intuitive and the support is great. We were able to make a simulation on day 1. We use this tool evey week and have integrated into our workflow. All the features are useful and we appreciate Symtrain upgrading their features.

Nothing! This program works! I love the personal calls from their team to check in on how I am doing.

**What do you like best about Symtrain?**

System was easy to set up for admins/creators and simple for end-users to experience. The team at Symtrain are outstanding; quick to support at all hours and share best practices, provided guidance and help build content. Above all, we saw drastic improvement in our end-user KPI results class over class for new hire training due to the system usage. We were able to provide system practice 10 days sooner due to uncontrollable credential delays, allowing users to daily practice prior to using live system for the first time.

**What do you dislike about Symtrain?**

We had unepxectedly high volume of users at one time due to our rare use case. We had some learnings about how the back-end system needed to be supported for uninterrupted user experience.

Symtrain helped our front line team members gain system access and call flow practice day 1 of training that allowed them to build confidence and repetition to better prepare them for their work functions. We saw improved metrics of 25% in empathy and proper hold procedure, and improved retention on challenging programs of 40%.

SymTrain has been an immensely valuable tool for internal training and development! Allowing our SDRs the opportunity to rehearse potential real-life conversations has been vital to their success, and ultimately to the success of the company as a whole.

None! The SymTrain team is very responsive and helpful when I have questions or need assistance with the platform.

Working with Symtrain is not about meeting in the middle. It is not about sacrificing or giving up a process to accommodate how business is performed with Symtrain. Instead, working with Symtrain is like finding that lifelong learning partner willing to walk beside you on your journey to success. Everyone is approachable and they are quick to adapt or tailor their solutions to meet the needs of individual clients. They are simply a pleasure to work with.

There really isn't anything I dislike about working with Symtrain. My only regret is that I don't get to attend conferences with them as much as I would like. There isn't anything to dislike.

Feedback is always well accepted, features have value and are constantly improved

Steeper Learning Curve: Although Symtrain is designed to be user-friendly, building complex simulations may require advanced knowledge of the platform and its features. It is a beneficial tool where you can practice using a specific system, get comfortable with cold calling, etc., before using the actual scenario.

When you have many screenshots to be added can take more time than expected to creat a sym.

**What do you like best about Symtrain?**

We are a global BPO that has used role plays and simulations with agents on the floor in the past. We switched to SymTrain because we support multiple lines of businesses across all industries and SymTrain is flexible enough to do that with us. 

It's extremely easy to use in all of our training and onboarding processes, and our team who creates the syms is constantly creating new things for us. We actually know what's happening in coaching.

**What do you dislike about Symtrain?**

We support both voice and chat for our customers but we could only use SymTrain for Voice. It was difficult having to make multiple versions on content for 2 different channels.

**What problems is Symtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before SymTrain it took us a very long time to get new hires ready to take calls in a short amount of time, and even after they got onto the floor it was hard to correct their behaviors. QA would tell us what we were being scored poorly on, but we didn't know what to do with that information and it was an extremely hard process to coach from that.
