What do you like best about Sweeppea?

The customer support is exceptional. Anytime we have a question or run into an issue, the Sweeppea team is quick to respond and resolve it efficiently. That level of responsiveness gives us real peace of mind, especially when managing multiple active promotions at the same time. The platform makes it easy to manage sweepstakes across an entire brand portfolio. We use Sweeppea to run promotions for several brands and having everything centralized in one place streamlines our workflow significantly. The combination of an intuitive platform and a responsive support team makes execution smooth from start to finish. "Effortless Setup and Exceptional Support Make Sweeppea a Winner"
What do you like best about Sweeppea?

I loved how easy it was to set up my sweepstakes. Sweeppea’s support was outstanding. Unlike other companies, when I called to get more information before purchasing, an actual person answered right away. Every time I needed help, I reached a real, knowledgeable support rep.

The system was built with first‑time users in mind, and it showed. My participants had no issues entering the sweepstakes, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using this software again in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sweeppea?

One downside for me was the lack of a simple, one‑sweepstakes plan. I had to purchase a monthly plan and remember to cancel it afterward, which wasn’t ideal. I would have preferred a “one and done” option that covers a single sweepstakes and ends automatically until I’m ready to run the next one.

In addition, there was no easy way to export the graphic results of my survey. I had to take screenshots manually, which felt out of place given the overall technology of the system. I expected a simple, downloadable report option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweeppea?

I loved using SweepPea! It is a one-stop shop for everything sweepstakes. I manages multiple sweepstakes across different brands, and the platform makes it super easy to stay organized. It’s very user-friendly, simple to navigate, and making updates is quick and seamless. I also found the reporting feature really helpful for getting a better sense of who our customers are. Last, customer service was on point!They are responsive and great to work with when it came to troubleshooting, which made the whole experience even smoother. What do you dislike about Sweeppea?
