Their product is robust with the tools you need to create and test unique promotions. They make the creation process fun and allow the creator a lot of flexibility to make their promotion stand out. Everything can be done in a day or less, and you can make changes even after your promotion is live.

Viralsweep platform makes viral marketing so easily with the types of features it has. What makes it also interesting is the proce comparison with most top competitors. It is quite easy to use to be fair also. The amount of other third parties tools or software it easily integrate with is insane. Customer Support is decent too which is a plus. The primary upside for me was how user friendly the platform is to navigate as a first time user. I am 'old-school' when it comes to Sweepstakes so there was some hesitation at first to learn something new. However, ViralSweep has thought through all the questions and have the answers right in front of you with various pop-ups, and videos. Additionally, my experience with Customer Support was amazing. Quick to get a hold of via chat, and Aldin was able to patiently answer everything and anything, even walking me through the individual steps when necessary. To be fair, I have not used the product fully enough to identity any issues. However, I am learning more and more each day. I get a little frustrated with understanding how to identify all the different fields that I can edit and create custom language, custom colors, etc. But there is no risk in making a mistake as you can just retract any edits and continue to trial and error. ViralSweep was used by our organization to conduct its annual photo contest which consists of dozens of photos which are submitted into five different galleries. Once set up and active it worked efficiently and our members were able to submit photos into the gallery of their choice with no effort. This was the first year we used the ViralSweep platform and the support needed to get it set up and working to our satisfaction was superior, almost instantaneous response to questions about how to achieve our goals. Once set up, our contest worked smoothly. Some features of the program are exactly what we needed. For example, limiting photo submissions to only one per IP address. Viral sweep is a very complex platform and for a first time user, it has a steep learning curve to get everything set up and working as desired. The photo contest required some workarounds to construct our five separate photo galleries with links to each one so they could submit photos. It would have been helpful after the voting on the photos was completed if the voter metadata were accessible on the "Moderate" page instead of having to match the metadata on the "Entrants" to the photos in the "Moderate" gallery. How easy it was to use and ease of implementation of a sweepstake contest. The Customer support is awesome. We had a few questions and they answered and even made changes in a couple of days. We use it every quarter to run our quarterly contests. Even though we have a custom ecommerce platform it was easy to integrate. Took our developers almost no time to integrate.
