The customer support is exceptional. Anytime we have a question or run into an issue, the Sweeppea team is quick to respond and resolve it efficiently. It is a one-stop shop for everything sweepstakes. I manages multiple sweepstakes across different brands, and the platform makes it super easy to stay organized. It’s very user-friendly, simple to navigate, and making updates is quick and seamless. I also found the reporting feature really helpful for getting a better sense of who our customers are. Last, customer service was on point!They are responsive and great to work with when it came to troubleshooting, which made the whole experience even smoother.
