the support is really good in this platform, when you want help there is a live chat option available which can be accessed right from your dashboard. they also have email and phone support available if that is your style. mainly i used the service for social monitoring and testing a few facebook quiz campaigns to know the followers nature. they support Instagram,Twitter and Facebook under a single dashboard which is really impressive even thou i never tried twitter. the pricing is nice, there is even a free user option available which doesn't have most of the features, but the premium plans starts only at $25 which supports up to 3 reports at a time. you can also connect multiple social media profiles from different platforms with no followers limit. the monitoring tools are great way to know the manage and keep track of the trends. Cool-Tabs is one of the best Social media managing and analytics platform I have seen. the pricing is great and much affordable, there is even a free plan that allows you to use two content applications to manage your social media fan page. there are a lot of tools in the dashboard for your use, you can keep track of your social media account and analyse the growth of the account. it also gives out data in the visual form to understand the data easily. you can manage multiple accounts and compare the data too. another great tool is the ability to analyse the trends in social media and get updates on it. I used it for Instagram so I used to research on hashtags and I'm very satisfied with the results so far, the customer service is awesome and they are always online to help you out with the query. they reply quite fast. they also have an option to create a quiz on the fan page to increase the popularity and grow the social media page which is a really cool feature that you cant find on other platforms. Pricing is another perk of cool tabs, there is a limited free version available that gives you the basic social media insight and later on when you need more you could go for the paid version which is quite affordable. the support guys are really nice and help you out all the time. i've had problems with my data not receiving after hours, i contacted them and they sent me the report manually which was impressive. the social media insights are very detailed and you could find anything you need from keyword analysis to competitive analytics in it.
