## About Supered
Supered is a sales enablement software platform based in the United States that helps sales teams improve sales playbook adoption and sales process execution directly inside their CRM. Designed primarily for sales enablement leaders, Supered also supports sales leaders, RevOps, and sales operations teams responsible for driving consistent execution across the sales organization. Supered works natively with HubSpot and Salesforce and addresses a common sales enablement challenge: playbooks and training materials that exist outside the CRM and are not consistently applied during live selling. As a CRM-native sales enablement platform, Supered embeds just-in-time, in-app guidance directly into HubSpot and Salesforce workflows so reps can learn while they sell. Rather than relying on static documentation or external training portals, Supered delivers contextual guidance during real deal execution based on CRM context such as deal stage, role, or activity. Core sales enablement functionality includes: - Executable sales playbooks that live inside the CRM - Contextual, in-app sales guidance delivered at the moment of need - Manager visibility into sales process adherence - Role-aware guidance aligned to CRM permissions Supered supports ongoing sales enablement instead of one-time onboarding. Because it operates entirely inside the CRM, reps do not log into a separate tool or change how they work. Sales enablement teams can update playbooks and guidance centrally and see changes reflected immediately in execution, without redistributing documents or retraining teams. Sales leaders and managers use Supered to inspect and coach deal execution based on observable behavior rather than self-reported updates. Managers can see whether key steps are followed, where processes break down, and where coaching is needed while deals are still active. Manager and leadership use cases include: - Coaching reps based on real execution, not anecdotes - Inspecting deal execution without manual audits or spreadsheets - Identifying process breakdowns before deals are lost Supered is commonly used to enforce sales playbooks, onboard new reps, and manage ongoing sales process changes. Sales enablement teams use it to reinforce best practices and reduce reliance on static content. RevOps and sales ops teams use Supered to standardize workflows, support CRM data integrity, and ensure sales processes are followed as designed across teams and regions. Operational value for enablement, RevOps, and sales ops teams includes: - Improved consistency across deals and teams - Reduced process drift over time - Cleaner CRM data through enforced execution - Less time maintaining documentation that goes unused The primary value of Supered is helping organizations shift sales enablement from content distribution to behavior change. By making sales processes observable and enforceable inside the CRM, Supered helps teams improve consistency, strengthen execution, and get more value from their sales enablement strategy and sales technology stack. Supered supports secure, enterprise-ready deployment, including SOC 2 compliance, GDPR alignment, and respect for existing CRM permissions. It is not a learning management system, content library, or offline training tool. Supered is built for teams that want sales enablement to happen where selling actually occurs and to drive consistent execution through real-time guidance and visibility.

## Supered Reviews
  ### 1. Improving employee experiences

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben W. | HubSpot Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

The focus on User experience, from the partner side managing client spaces, to the end users ease of access and how often they can find what they need without leaving where they are working. New features are being constantly added and improved based on partner and user feedback. It also has the potential to integrate with any web page.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

There are still features being developed and improved, so it's not as refined as other software.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting documentation into the hands of end users with very low friction. Being able to surface organization's definitions of terms like their lifecycle stages or lead status without having to have a user tab switch, try to find a document, and then find the section of the document that they need. Providing on screen information and reference without having to leave the tab you're working on has increased user effectiveness because it's easy and simple to align processes between users. Having easy to access to just in time training has also improved over all adoption rates and speed to adoption with the end user experience being much better than blocks of time for group training on new processes or platforms.

  ### 2. Easy Compliance to Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bethany N. | Sales and Implementation Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Supered makes it stupid-easy to stay compliant with how we're supposed to run deals. The process boards map our actual SOP step-by-step and guide me through each stage so I don't skip anything - logging notes, updating fields, sending the right follow-ups. I don't have to memorize the process - I just follow the board.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Nothing major. The occasional edge case where I want to jump ahead in the process, but that's usually me being impatient.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to miss steps - forget to update a field, skip a follow-up, use an outdated template. That cost me deals and got me flagged in reviews. Supered removed all of that. Now I'm consistently on-process without it feeling like overhead.

  ### 3. Elevated Our Sales Process with Clear Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serina S. | Sales Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I really like the ease of use of Supered and the quickness in which updates are reflected back into the CRM. We make extensive use of process boards and process rule sets. Having clear entry and exit criteria for rule sets is a big help in organizing our roles in clear, formatted ways. From an admin perspective, process boards and rule sets are great for setting clear buckets of information needed for specific processes. Each process has its own rule set, which also clearly aligns with CRM modules like contacts, companies, and deals, ensuring data integrity and maintaining deal momentum.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

A couple of things that I can see improved are just continued improvements on accessing the CRM data and utilizing enhanced features with filtering to support process rules.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered provides clear visibility into every step of our sales process, supports our sellers with next steps, data enhancement for deal accuracy, and eases use with quick CRM updates. Process boards and rule sets with clear criteria streamline role organization.

  ### 4. Elevates HubSpot Data Trust with Process Boards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles N. | Chief Strategy Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I love the Process Boards in Supered because they provide a central view of process violations over time and make it easy for sales reps to resolve errors quickly. It's great to have embedded rules in HubSpot, but Supered takes it a step further with these boards. For managers, having everything visible in one place is huge, and it makes compliance easier for sales reps. It helps us cater our training and verify if the data is truly trustworthy. Also, I appreciate their great support and thorough training, which makes it easier to get up and running, even though some areas could be more intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Some areas of Supered are less intuitive than others, and it takes some work to get up and running if you're the one managing the setup.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to ensure process enforcement and data trust in HubSpot. It helps track process compliance, making data more trustworthy by preventing errors. Process Boards centralize process oversight and ease training, making compliance simpler for sales reps.

  ### 5. Supered Improved Pipeline Visibility, Accountability, and Follow-Up Across Our Clients’ Sales Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caleb P. | CEO / Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

As consultants, our biggest challenge is helping clients move from knowing what they should do to actually executing it consistently. Supered gave us a way to operationalize sales discipline for our clients without adding more tools or complexity.

For sales leaders, Supered has fundamentally changed how pipeline reviews happen. Instead of subjective conversations and buried opportunities, leaders now have a clear, shared view of what’s sitting in the pipeline and what needs attention. One client told us:

“It’s definitely taking a burden because now it’s like we can clearly identify what is sitting out there. I can hold people accountable to opportunities… I started doing my funnel or pipeline reviews with each rep a little bit differently.”

That visibility has made pipeline conversations more grounded in reality rather than gut feel or CRM guesswork.

For newer reps, Supered has become an organizational backbone. Clients consistently tell us it helps reps stay focused and reduces overwhelm by surfacing only what matters most. As one client shared with us:

“The new guys are like, this is helping me stay organized… It’s blurring out all that noise and pulling the things that matter to the forefront.”

This shortens ramp time, improves follow-through, and reduces the need for constant manual oversight from managers.

Even veteran reps benefit. Several clients have told us Supered helped surface forgotten deals and stalled opportunities that would have otherwise been lost. One leader summed it up well:

“Our veterans love the system… it was that eye-opener of, ‘Oh yeah, I forgot about those deals I need to follow up on.’”

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Supered evolves quickly, which means ongoing enablement matters. Teams get the most value when the rollout includes clear guidance and reinforcement. The product’s pace isn’t a drawback — it just benefits from intentional adoption and usage habits.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our clients, Supered solves three core problems:

Lack of pipeline clarity — leaders can’t easily see what’s real

Inconsistent rep follow-up — opportunities fall through the cracks

Overwhelm from too many tools and signals — especially for new hires

By solving these, Supered moves teams out of reactive management and into repeatable execution. Clients see stronger accountability, more consistent follow-up, and cleaner pipeline reviews — and those improvements actually stick over time.

  ### 6. Powerful HubSpot tool with Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Two things - I appreciate the migration tool in Supered because it allows me to build in a safe environment where no one can wipe out my data or reset any sandboxes. It helps me migrate into production environments while mitigating some of the risks involved with deploying new features. It saves a huge amount of time. The Sales Enablement features of Supered make my clients more likely to adopt the processes and tools I've trained them on, thereby increasing user satisfaction. The initial setup of Supered was extremely easy, and I find the Slack channel for partners really useful for feedback and getting live support.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

The AI tool put my comments into the "what do you like best" so at this point, there's nothing that I can say that won't have been addressed by the Supered development team before this review goes live.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two main problems it solves - sandboxing with safe migration, and Sales Enablement

  ### 7. Red-Flag Alerts Keep Our HubSpot Deals and Line Items Perfectly Aligned

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I use supered primarily to align Hubspot deals. My favorite feature is that when something is not matching up on our deal amount and our line item amounts we get a "red flag" notifying us of the discrepancy. This helps keep my team and myself aligned

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Supered has been very helpful so far, but if something can get integrated it would be the possibility of being able to handle everything from a single supered tab.
I do like that Supered takes us directly to a deal page on Hubspot, but sometimes the problem is a minor discrepancy or a simple attachment missing. Being able to do this from 1-click through Supered would be helpful

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it is currently solving is keeping our data aligned in our CRM system.
It specifically helps keep our line items, and deal amounts aligned. This saves time when aligning deal amounts on different pages on Hubspot.
It not only saves time, but it also catches discrepancies that would otherwise go unnoticed if Supered did not catch them

  ### 8. Supered Brings Structure, Accountability, and Predictable Pipeline Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi B. | Partner/Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Supered brings structure and accountability to sales processes in a way that actually sticks. Instead of relying on reps to remember steps or managers to constantly chase updates, Supered embeds the process directly into the workflow. That consistency improves execution across the board and removes a lot of ambiguity around what should happen next in a deal. From a leadership perspective, it creates far more confidence in pipeline visibility and forecasting because deals are progressing in a predictable, standardized way.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

The only real challenge is keeping pace with how quickly the product evolves. The Supered team ships improvements and new features frequently, which is great from an innovation standpoint, but it does mean you need someone internally who stays on top of updates to fully take advantage of everything. Without that ownership, it is easy to miss newly released capabilities that could add even more value.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered solves the common problem of inconsistent deal management and unreliable CRM data. By enforcing required steps and guiding reps through next actions, it prevents deals from stalling or falling through the cracks. It also dramatically improves data quality in HubSpot, which makes reporting more accurate and actionable. For us, that means better insights, cleaner pipelines, and far less time spent questioning whether the numbers can be trusted.

  ### 9. Intuitive Setup, Effective Integration with Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott R. | Founder and CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like Supered because it's very quick and easy to set up and very intuitive. It saves me a lot of time building documentation since I can add it almost directly inside Salesforce by just highlighting a bit of text and writing documentation in real time. The browser plugin allows me to work inside Salesforce without having to go elsewhere, which is convenient. The initial setup was very easy, and they gave a lot of guidance, even using their own product to onboard me, which is a testament to how good the product is.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I find it a bit of a challenge that with Salesforce, you have to build the click-through guides within the customer's instance, and you can't create any reusable click-through guides. It's not a showstopper, but compared to HubSpot where you can build them centrally and push them out, it's been a bit of an adjustment.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to ensure customers follow the right steps and embed guidance directly in Salesforce, saving time on documentation with a browser plugin.

  ### 10. Guides reps without getting in the way of how they actually work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Senior Director, Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Supered lets us serve the right information at the right moment inside HubSpot without turning the CRM into a bureaucratic mess. Process rules and cards help guide reps through edge cases contextually, instead of forcing them to fill out dozens of required fields just to move a deal forward. It aligns perfectly with our philosophy of the CRM assisting reps rather than getting in their way, while still improving data quality and consistency across teams.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Because Supered is so flexible, it requires some upfront thought around how you want to design and govern process rules across teams. If you don’t have clear ownership or standards early on, it’s easy to create overlap or redundancy as more teams adopt it. That said, this is more of an organizational consideration than a product limitation.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered helps us reduce errors and improve data hygiene without resorting to heavy-handed enforcement in the CRM. Instead of forcing reps to answer large numbers of required questions, we use Supered to surface guidance and reminders contextually based on deal stage and edge cases. This has significantly reduced mistakes, improved consistency, and reinforced our philosophy that the CRM should support the customer lifecycle rather than feel like a box-checking exercise. Adoption has grown organically across multiple teams because it genuinely helps people do their jobs better.

  ### 11. Supered Turns Enablement Into Execution - Bridging Strategy and Results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana Marcela G. | Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Supered turns enablement into execution. Data, processes & fancy CRM builds are nothing if teams are not using them. Supered shows teams exactly how to and when to run processes - embedded within their day to day activities. Easy for admins to setup - even easier for reps to use. It’s one of the rare resources that actually shortens the gap between strategy and results.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Honestly, the only downside is that it sets a very high bar. Once you use Supered, most other “enablement” content feels overly theoretical or painfully slow by comparison. It can make you impatient with tools or programs that don’t prioritize clarity, speed, and real execution the way Supered does.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered solves the gap between knowing what should be done and actually being able to execute it. It removes ambiguity around GTM, sales, and RevOps execution by giving clear, directional guidance and ready-to-use systems instead of abstract frameworks. That clarity saves an enormous amount of time, speeds up implementation, and makes it easier to align teams around what “good” actually looks like - so we can move faster with more confidence and less rework.

  ### 12. Supered: Easy-to-Use Chrome Extension That Fits Seamlessly Into Our Sales Stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica A. | Sales System and Support Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I really like how it is a google chrome extension and you can start using it the moment you download it. I would say the once you understand the process rulesets, then everything else will fall into place.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I don't think I have many dislikes, I think Supered has been a great tool to add to our tech stack in the sales team. I guess if I had to say something I dislike, maybe the consent updates, but honestly the updates are an easy click that takes a few seconds. Supered is always improving and maybe that is why there are always updates.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within our sales process, there are so many major and minor details that the sales person might miss. Supered has been a great tool to guide our sales team where to look and what data is needed to move the deal through the pipeline.

  ### 13. A Must Have for Process Consistency and Data Quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mason P. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Supered helps reps actually execute on the process rules that are set. It makes sure the same steps are followed for every deal going through the pipeline, which brings a lot more consistency and confidence to the way the team works. Reps don’t have to guess what to do next, and with the internal reporting managers don’t have to constantly wonder where things stand.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

This is honestly both a pro and a con. I’ve been a Supered user for a long time, and the team moves quickly. Just when it feels like I have everything dialed in, they roll out a new feature or refine an existing tool to make it even better. From a product perspective, that’s great, but it can also be hard to keep up with the pace of change. If you don’t have someone actively tracking updates and new releases, it’s easy to fall behind and miss everything Supered is capable of.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered helps create better visibility into our deal pipeline and ensures no deals get left behind. By guiding reps through clear next steps and enforcing consistent processes, it keeps deals moving forward and prevents things from slipping through the cracks. On top of that, it does a great job helping to maintain data quality, which makes reporting in HubSpot easier and gives us far more confidence in the numbers we’re looking at.

  ### 14. Effortless HubSpot Integration with Superior Feature Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry M. | Revenue Operations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like that the team takes customer feedback and builds out features for us. For instance, we wanted to transfer our video library from LearnUpon into Supered, and I worked with the team to allow video uploads and best practices to building and assigning action plans. Process boards are a really good idea, as I can track who is following the sales process within HubSpot. It saves me a lot of time having to check manually if information is filled out about a lead, deal, or placement within HubSpot. I can see which information is missing and reach out to the rep directly.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I think you should be able to track not just if you viewed your update, but also make sure the rep clicks on the card and watches the video attached to the update. Because if I see if the rep reads the update, I don't actually know if they just cleared it without getting the knowledge that I intended to pass on to them.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered saves me from constant meetings by explaining new procedures. It checks knowledge and answers HubSpot questions like property definitions or lead movements, saving time on manual info checks.

  ### 15. The MUST-HAVE Sidekick for HubSpot (CRM) GTM Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott F. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I think the question is what "don't" you like?

The answer: Nothing.

Embedded knowledge (modern, muilti-media), real-time validation, change management. The toolset is a MUST HAVE for HubSpot and GTM Teams. We use all of them for our clients and allow us to make significant impact. The structure and ease allows us not only to provide near-real-time value but also show our work build upon each new feature set. As well as compile a repo/knowledgebase that is PERFECT for AI training data for experiementation.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I don't have more hours in my day to spend leveraging it. (aka Nothing)

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling our team to easily/efficiently document and manage every aspect of Full-Stack GTM efforts for our clients.

Allowing us to serve all team members in a 1-to-many fashion (stop fire drills, spend more time on valuable/contextual conversations and real strategy/experiments).

  ### 16. Centralizes Client Resources with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like that Supered challenges my team to think about problems differently and helps us standardize what we’re doing for better repeatability. It's very hard to scale when everything is a unique bespoke solution, and Supered is assisting our team in understanding how we can achieve centralization versus customization.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I think some AI features would be helpful because building can be a little cumbersome. An AI to quickly help build cards or action plans would be fantastic. Also, it has a pretty steep learning curve, especially with all the different feature sets, so it can take a little bit to set up initially.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to centralize our client documentation and streamline the client experience by providing a unified landing page for our tools, facilitating better engagement with clients, and helping my team standardize processes, which enhances scalability.

  ### 17. Empowers Sales Teams with Clear Priorities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan T. | Head of Sales - North America, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I really appreciate how Supered provides visibility by giving me a bird's eye view of where certain deals may be getting stuck or which reps may need support. It helps my team stay focused as they can see exactly what their priorities are without getting lost in the noise of HubSpot tasks. Supered allows me to set up process rules that align with our sales team's expectations, making it visible to reps when expectations are not being met so they can quickly take action. The initial setup of Supered was pretty quick and simple. Additionally, if you're using HubSpot as a CRM, Supered is definitely a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

The interface for building rules in Supered takes a bit of technical skill to understand all of the nuances. In some ways, I found building the rules in HubSpot and then just transferring over to Supered a little bit easier. The navigation isn't super intuitive; everything is there, but it takes me a little bit longer than I might like to find it.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered provides me visibility as a sales leader, helping track where deals get stuck and which reps need help. It keeps my team focused by showing priorities clearly, reducing the clutter from HubSpot tasks.

  ### 18. Complex Problem Solver with Granular Functionality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryl M. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Supered is solving a complex problem - it has a lot of functionality that allows me to get specific and granular, which is important because detail MATTERS! It uses awesome filters of data from HubSpot to enable it to do complex stuff that overlays HubSpot, offering valuable context to help me and my team. It helps me to get a handle on the adoption problem - where people just don't buy into standard training but want to be shown HOW to do something inside Supered. We run our projects through Supered as it provides a client facing Action Plan, and it solves internally by prompting users and managers when something is off beam in the account with Deals or customers or prospect. The Supered team are ready listeners and fast actors, who address problems and implement features quickly.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

The initial setup of Supered was quite complex, which required training to understand. Even though it was easy to learn after that, getting started took a bit of effort due to the complexity of the solution.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered helps with adoption and streamlines deal progression and communication by offering detailed functionality that overlays HubSpot, giving context directly to my team.

  ### 19. Customizable, Efficient, and Client-Centric

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa B. | Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like that I can customize a lot with Supered as we grow our business and expand our team. It allows us to manage multiple teams efficiently. We started with sales and got a process board up and running in a day with the pre-packaged rules that Supered provided. We've also discovered ways to improve client delivery to make it more seamless and provide our new team members the ability to catch up quickly. We are excited to see how Supered frees up time for our team by reducing the need for repetitive training sessions and keeping clients updated without constant meetings.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Process rules problem solving can be difficult at first when they don't fire correctly within our CRM. There is a learning curve when it comes to process rules but it also shows where there might be issues on our CRM's side.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to identify data inconsistencies, helping my team prioritize active leads efficiently. It clarifies daily tasks for our sales team, reducing the need to sift through calendars and streamlining follow-up processes.

  ### 20. Transforms business processes and Workflows with Ease,

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like Supered for its ease of use and the ability to transform businesses quickly by unlocking data. The process rules it brings into data processes are perfect for driving the GTM engine. It's super easy and intuitive, making it ready to go straight out of the box. Once the content is updated, it goes live quickly. I appreciate how it allows reps to see instantly what they need to do next, helping them complete their processes efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

It could be more improved in terms of its ease of use on different search engines. At the moment, it's stuck on Chrome and needs to be used across other providers.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to help users adopt tools within their tech stack, supercharging their workflow. It brings data to reps, guiding them on tasks and unlocking their efficiency, even when they hit roadblocks. It's instrumental for a HubSpot partner, enhancing our ability to work rapidly.

  ### 21. Hyper-Focused User-Enablement Tool You're Missing From Your Toolbox

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Supered acts like a virtual highlighter in HubSpot by surfacing records that need action and guiding my team on exactly what to do next. If you can use logic and filters in HubSpot, you can set up highly effective Supered rules with zero learning curve. These rules show on individual records in HubSpot to reinforce what should already be happening, visualizing your processes for your users. This is much more effective than using dashboards and reports, or tasks that quickly get buried in the volume of the activity tab. Setup was straightforward once I committed to making the time, and this small investment was well worth it. Matt and his team helped me focus on the highest-impact use cases rather than trying to do everything at once, which sped up the initial deployment.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Individual filter settings are not saved on the front end from session to session, which can be a little frustrating for users. When a user first opens their Supered Sidekick panel in HubSpot and goes to the Process tab, they need to apply filters each time, whereas most users would like them to be saved until they choose to change them. It's a small friction point in an otherwise valuable and user-friendly application.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered acts as a virtual highlighter, allowing my team to quickly identify records needing attention with clear instructions to follow. No more guesswork from the team, just action....and happier clients.

  ### 22. Empowers HubSpot Adoption With Ease and Precision

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maree D. | Customer Enablement and Adoption Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I use Supered to drive adoption and behavior change inside HubSpot, and it effectively solves the gap between designing a great system and people actually using it properly. Supered allows me to provide continuous enablement by embedding guidance, prompts, and reinforcing and measuring process adherence in real time, exactly where the work happens. This ensures that the revenue systems I design don't just exist in theory but are actually followed and adopted. I really like how the Supered team genuinely understands partner needs and listens carefully, deeply understanding the ecosystem. Installing Supered is really easy, just a few clicks to get started. Plus, the Supered Slack channel is indispensable for me. Supered makes everything seamless, and I give it a 10+ when recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

More of a feature request - I would love an AI tool inside Supered to prompt card, guide, rule creation, etc. and an Advanced skills/refresher course because I can't keep up with all the updates!

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to drive adoption and behavior change in HubSpot. It fills the gap between designing a great system and proper usage. It provides continuous enablement, embedding guidance in real-time to ensure my revenue systems are followed and adopted.

  ### 23. Transformative for Team Processes and Client Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Italo L. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I really like Supered for its process boards. They help us build processes and enforce team behaviors, ensuring that people don't forget to do certain activities in our CRM. For our sales team, it makes sure we're contacting leads every couple of days to prevent them from going cold. It also helps ensure data is updated properly, maintaining good data hygiene. For the account management team, it ensures thorough onboarding, helping us complete our discovery docs correctly. I appreciate being able to see everything the team is doing from a birds-eye view. Supered has helped us scale our team by building and storing training action plans and packages internally, including quizzes inside of action plans. Externally, clients love that it embeds into HubSpot, offering pop-outs, a knowledge base, guides, and process enforcement. The process boards are a game-changing addition, allowing us to track client activities effectively. The team is wonderful to collaborate with, providing valuable advice on growing our HubSpot partnership and really caring about our success. Overall, I'm a HUGE Fan.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Adding a new client account isn't a huge deal, but it involves a couple of steps that can be a hurdle to train new hires on. It's a bit hard for new team members to understand how to set up a client account for the first time, it just takes a few repetitions to get right between connecting the accounts, adding users, then adding the right initial packages. Some of that can actually be improved by us building it into an action plan in Supered so it's not a huge deal, it's just the only hurdle we run into when teaching new team members. Once they get it and understand how the tool works, it gets easier. It is a very unique tool in a unique division of software and enablement so like anything new, there will be an adoption timeline.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to build team training, build client training, enforce behaviors for our team and client teams, manage accounts and projects (SOWs), and track client activities (what they use/don't). It's biggest value is in how much it helps our company in scaling - it doesn't just store knowledge, it can train your new hires and replicate pats work with 5-10% of the effort and training needed. It essentially clones founders and senior team members so junior teams can deliver like senior teams. Can't beat that, it's invaluable for a service business.

  ### 24. Intuitive Workflow Support with Exceptional Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dell F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I really like that Supered creates a single repository of reference material for team members, internal and external, directly within the applications they're working in. It's incredibly intuitive and feels like having a technical expert at your fingertips. I also appreciate the all-star team at Supered that's willing to partner with us and make sure we succeed with their platform. Working with Caleb, Matt, and the rest of the team has been absolutely fantastic. The tools that guide process enforcement are particularly helpful, and I find the feature that provides screen captures in the client's instance very valuable as it shows real-world examples of how to use the platforms Supered guides us to.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Like any new software, there's a learning curve. And although we use Supered to help us with this, there are still nuances to our industry that are challenging. I think with any software roll out there challenges with initial adoption, and we face some of those with folding this in with all of our clients. The team at Supered has been helpful in helping us address those. It's intuitive if you have a technical background and it's a nuanced software that you still have to invest time in learning. I still don't feel like we have this 100% customized.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Supered creates a single repository of reference materials within the applications we use, making it intuitive and providing a technical expert right at our fingertips. It helps with process enforcement and strengthens data governance.

  ### 25. Extensible Tool with Great Usability and Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin W. | Chief Geek, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I love how extensible Supered is, allowing me to solve a lot of different use cases with a single platform. I can roll it out across multiple clients, which is incredibly helpful. The ability to be really granular and put data in the right place at the right time is a standout feature for me. It's really helpful in delivering services within the HubSpot ecosystem and allows me to create bespoke documentation for clients across different verticals and industries, tailoring their experience no matter where they are or what they do.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I think the user experience for the partner side could be a little more straightforward. But, once you get the hang of it, the learning curve is ultimately not that steep.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered for copying and standardizing portal assets, ensuring process enforcement within CRM. It streamlines process adherence by putting documentation within the workflow, keeping everyone aligned. Additionally, it provides analytics to determine which processes need improvement.

  ### 26. All-in-One Training & Documentation That Drives Strong Adoption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I love how easy it is to educate, communicate, and validate training and company documentation that lives in the app. It keeps everything in one place and makes learning with the user easier than ever. Adoption has never been stronger when it comes to implementing process change!

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I think that there are so many innovations happening so quickly it is hard to keep up with all of the awesome power within the platform.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered is solving the issue about making training actionable. They are the only platform that creates such an easy overlay that follow you wherever you are on google chrome/edge and allows you to train on multiple platforms, ensure process adoption and most importantly providing insights of how effective adoption has been

  ### 27. A Supered Practical Way to Enforce Process inside HubSpot (or Salesforce) and Turn Docs into something GTM teams will Actually use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shadab K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I love the process rules and process boards in Supered. The process rules are awesome, and the ability to create super cards and attach them to process boards is great. Super cards can contain different kinds of information like text, videos, images, and GIF files, and they seamlessly attach to specific CRM properties or pipeline stages. I appreciate how Supered can be used as an internal knowledge base and search engine once you build a good-sized library. It's important to structure everything cleanly in the back end, but overall, I like a lot of things about Supered.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I mean, Supered has made a lot of changes in the back end of the user interface for the better, but definitely, there is always room for improvement!

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered helps me unlock go-to-market insights, enforce processes, and monitor CRM data filled with human judgment, making it easy to report and make business decisions.

  ### 28. Revolutionized Our Workflows with Intuitive Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I love Supered's flexibility because it's 100% customizable to our hub architecture, allowing us to avoid cookie-cutter patterns. It's super cool and goes above and beyond other platforms like Scribe when it comes to enforcing processes. I really appreciate how I can attach cards to processes to provide step-by-step guides exactly when needed, eliminating the need to dig through Google Drive for documents. This tool is great for creating and enforcing consistent behaviors across my organization within HubSpot. It's in a class of its own and does a phenomenal job solving the issues we had with needing guides in real time.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I feel like it does take a moment to wrap your head around what objects are and how they interact with each other in the Supered platform. However, once you figure that out, it's like a 100 miles an hour. My only feedback would be to maybe revisit semantically what things are called to design a more intuitive relationship. The intent from a user experience perspective could use improvement, but it's not a barrier to entry. It just takes a little bit more time to slow down when you initially set it up. Also, we're running into a challenge of when fields contain similar words, cards and action points are showing when the necessary context isn't right. So, maybe developing a way where we can target specific objects in a web application by ID or with a WYSIWYG point-and-click functionality would be beneficial.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered eliminates information silos and ensures processes are followed by putting directions in context and enforcing them through gamification, addressing the issue of inaccessible documentation. It's flexible and fully customizable, making it suitable for various environments. Setup is relatively straightforward if familiar with software deployment.

  ### 29. Streamlined CRM Processes, Outstanding Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like that Supered has no shelflife, meaning the rules and processes are always present for any user in the CRM. Tweaks and updates can be made, communicated, and adopted quickly. The most crucial data points and instructions are always available to guide reps directly where they need to go. If there's a process update, it's added on the back-end and instantly available to all reps, exactly where needed. We were lucky to score a bonus offer where Matt Bolian, the founder, conducted our onboarding. He provided incredible onboarding and implementation guidance, which ended up being key to getting buy-in from our CRO, who now sees the value in Supered because we avoided common pitfalls and some teams experience when adopting Supered. The initial setup of Supered was easy with Matt's support.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Onboarding may have been difficult without Matt's support. That expert guidance was key to getting buy-in from CRO who is now a huge fan and sees the value clearly - thanks to Matt's onboarding and implementation guidance. I believe our onboarding would not have been as seamless without Matt's guidance. However, that may not be fair or true given that we never received the standard onboarding experience. We did receive a CSM and we already set a meeting with her. Looking forward to those next steps.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Supered speeds up process adoption, builds trust in roll-outs, and ensures data accuracy while cutting training time by 10X. It keeps crucial data and instructions constantly available, allowing instant process updates, making it invaluable for our CRM adherence. We already have various other use cases brewing and updated rule versioning waiting in an idea parking lot to further shore up our CRM process and user expectations.

  ### 30. Evergreen Enablement That Cuts Coaching Time—Without Pulling Reps from HubSpot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brendan T. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I love that Supered doesn't take my reps out of HubSpot. It provides 'evergreen' enablement—instead of a one-time training session that everyone forgets, it teaches them as they get it wrong. It has significantly reduced the time I spend on repetitive coaching because the 'rules' are built right into their workflow. The veteran reps and the new reps love it.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

So far so good. It does have so much power so we are learning which features to prioritize

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process decay. Usually, a new sales process starts dying the moment you finish the slide deck. Supered keeps it alive by distributing updates to the whole team instantly whenever we change a rule.

  ### 31. Effortless Deal Management with Instant Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allie H. | Sales and Implementation Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like that Supered has the little pop-up lightning bolt on the right, so I have easy access to it. I also appreciate that it is quick to update once I've done something within HubSpot. It's a pretty streamlined process, which makes it user-friendly for tracking my deals and companies.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I don't like that if I'm in HubSpot and I have the extension open, but then I change tabs, that it remains open. And so then I have to close it. The Supered pop up is still there. So I have to close it. It's just unnecessary clicking.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered helps me streamline my deals, so I don't have a confusing amount of deals, and quickly see which deals need tasks assigned, ensuring I don't forget anything.

  ### 32. In-CRM Guidance That Turns Playbooks into In-App Prompts and Faster Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro M. | Ambassador, Founding Member Growth Institute, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Instead of asking people to hunt through docs or a separate LMS, Supered puts the right guidance directly inside our CRM at the moment it’s needed; deal stage, workflow step, record type, you name it. We’ve been able to turn “playbooks” from a PDF nobody reads into in-app prompts, checklists, and process guardrails that drive consistent execution. It’s also been great for onboarding: new hires ramp faster because the system teaches them while they sell, and managers spend less time repeating the same answers.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

You get the most value when you invest time upfront mapping your processes clearly (stages, definitions, required fields, etc.). If your CRM hygiene is messy, you’ll feel that. Also, there’s a lot you can build, so having a clear rollout plan helps you avoid trying to do everything at once.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered solves the gap between “we have a process” and “people actually follow it.” It helps us:

- Improve CRM adoption and data quality by guiding reps in the flow of work
- Standardize how deals are qualified and progressed
- Reduce onboarding time and enablement overhead
- Reinforce methodology consistently without extra meetings or one-off training

The biggest benefit is consistency: the right steps happen more often, and it’s easier to see where things break down so we can improve the process.

  ### 33. Supered is like a CRM Sherpa, it guides you through a jungle of data with ease!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Supered is easy to set up, simple to customize, and it frees up your bandwidth when managing deal flow with your sales team. And that’s just the beginning. The Guides function lets you create process tutorials for common workflows, saving countless hours when onboarding and getting new reps or colleagues up to speed. Overall, it’s a great tool with numerous use cases.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

After using it for close to three months now, I honestly don’t see any downside to this product.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time matters. In the “do more with less” world we live in, a tool like Supered that saves time and helps you coach your teams in a more targeted way feels priceless.

  ### 34. Versatile Platform with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Orrin L. | Training And Development Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like how responsive the team is when I have questions or support. As a trainer, I frequently use the basis and action plans in my training. These tools are quite valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Some of the way that the base is designed could be improved. If it was more like Notion and had more options, and if I could find history and remove things that have been accidentally deleted, these would be very helpful. Also, the setup was a bit difficult regarding user friendliness; figuring out how the pieces work really requires training because it's not so intuitive or simple UX/UI.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered provides a platform for team collaboration and sharing content. It helps us create actionable and gamifiable content for clients to learn HubSpot, and also stores intellectual property and packages to deploy to clients.

  ### 35. Visibility Supercharged Our Sales Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George A. | Head of Sales

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

The main thing I like about Supered is the visibility it provides into opportunities and deals we're working on. It helps keep my CRM data very clean, and my reps know exactly what they need to work on. It also provides a training source for new reps, giving them clear guidelines on how to enter data and what they should be working on. Additionally, the onboarding process was really smooth and easy, with great support and guidance throughout. Supered helps resolve any issues quickly, ensuring Reps felt comfortable in using the platform and had input on how it operated so it is something that they want to use vs. feeling like Big Brother is watching over them. It feels like a tool to help them be more efficient while also being a tool that helps me as a manager gain valuable insights as to the health and condition of our CRM and pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Honestly I haven't found anything yet that we don't care for.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to manage sales opportunities and highlight untended deals. It informs me and reps about rule violations, providing clarity and ensuring consistent follow-ups. It also keeps CRM data clean and serves as a training tool for new reps.

  ### 36. Empowers Clients and Enhances Team Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I mostly use Supered for its Sidekick feature, which is great for creating self-help tools and interactive guides for our clients. I enjoy how Sidekick is accessible from any screen, letting me open a side panel with loads of helpful resources easily. The support team is amazing; they're always willing and able to help. I also love how you can embed videos and whatever resources you like into the Cards within Sidekick to handle difficult situations. The initial setup was very easy, and it significantly boosts product adoption, helping clients learn to use our software to the fullest. It also makes our sales team more efficient and effective.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

The guides work really well for walking users through well-defined repetitive processes, but they can struggle with dynamic and changing scenarios.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered's Sidekick to create self-help tools for clients, improving their product adoption and our software usage. It makes our sales team more efficient and effective.

  ### 37. Seamless Sales Enablement and Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian K.

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like Supered for its ease of use. Creating the cards, rules, and updates is quick and easy. I really appreciate that my team doesn't have to leave their applications to use the tool since it integrates via a Chrome extension. It's reliable, never breaks, and is consistently updated with new features. The initial setup was very easy, and learning how to use the main features was straightforward. Once everything is set up, you don't have to do it again.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Sometimes my team just snoozes their updates, so they stay popped up and they get annoyed. Sometimes my team disables the Chrome extension, but I do not know. Action Plans can be tough to follow in the extension.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered helps my sales team follow the correct sales process, fills in deal info gaps, and provides easy access to competitor battlecards and policies. It also centralizes company documentation and updates in one place for the team.

  ### 38. Streamlined HubSpot Task Management with an Excellent, Searchable Knowledge Base

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Supered has given us a way to streamline our task management in HubSpot. Because it's process boards rely on filters to show/complete a task instead of creating a task that has to be manually closed out (HubSpot), it has increased accuracy and efficiency of the people using it.

The Bases (the online searchable knowledge base) is amazing. So easy to add content to, the search works great and the guide me function it excellent.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

There is nothing I can say I do not like about Supered. They are continually listening to feedback and developing this program.

There is a learning curve, both in using and administering, but it is not a huge hurdle.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy way to provide documentation and an accurate way to make sure we do not miss acting on data.

  ### 39. Streamlines SOP Management with Easy Process Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colten R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

What I like most about Supered is how it makes it so easy to visibly see what is working and what's not within our HubSpot portal in our sales process. It's easy to flag what our people are not doing correctly. With process rules, I can see if there are zero issues with each of our sales reps or not. It makes the nonvisible visible and brings forward whether people are adopting our processes or not.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I think the UI and the UX could improve. There are certain little things in the actual product itself that could be improved upon when navigating the platform.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered for SOPs and process enforcement, which helps bring my team together with documentation, preventing the need to repeat myself. It helps scale my business by centralizing resources and enforcing sales team behavior through rules and logic.

  ### 40. Effortless SOP Management and Seamless Team Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie H. | Chief Operations Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

The platform makes it straightforward to centralize SOPs, processes, and internal knowledge in an intuitive way that fits seamlessly into daily routines. It’s particularly effective for onboarding new team members and minimizing repeated questions throughout the team.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

As with any growing platform, there are areas where features are still evolving. Some advanced customization and reporting capabilities are lighter than more mature enterprise tools, but the tradeoff is simplicity and speed. That said, the team has been responsive to feedback, which gives confidence that gaps will continue to close over time.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered solves the problem of scattered knowledge and inconsistent execution. Before using it, information lived across documents, Slack threads, and people’s heads. Now we have centralized, accessible documentation that supports faster onboarding, fewer interruptions, and more consistent delivery across the team. The biggest benefit is operational clarity. People can find answers quickly and get back to doing their work instead of asking around.

  ### 41. Streamlines Processes with Unmatched Simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew D. | Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I find Supered to be an incredible platform because it's always working and simple to use, yet it solves very complex problems. It makes sure that my processes and procedures are repeatable, which is such a benefit for a business under 500 people. I can easily build a process manual and tell my staff how to do things, turning everything into an action guide. If I or my team have a question on how to do something, Supered provides the guidance we need. I also appreciate how super easy the initial setup was, thanks to their excellent onboarding team.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Nothing yet

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered for process enforcement and standardization, enabling lower-level team members to perform like the best. It helps make processes repeatable, simplifying complex tasks and guiding staff with action guides.

  ### 42. Effortless CRM Management, Needs UI Tweaks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob K. | Business Development Representative, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like how Supered makes it easier to follow CRM processes better than any other platform I've used. It enables me to very quickly and easily update next steps, tasks, and activities all in one place and provides reporting and information to keep things clean long-term. It's also very easy to use. I also found the initial setup pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

The back end admin side could use a better UI, it's difficult to navigate. I'd like to see clearer documentation on the different features and functions, and just clearer enablement.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to organize HubSpot activities and updates, keeping my CRM clean and up-to-date. It solves messy CRM, overdue tasks, out-of-date forecasting, and improves process organization. It's easy to update next steps, tasks, activities, and provides long-term reporting and information.

  ### 43. Supered: Intuitive, Time-Saving, and Versatile Integration

I like that Supered is easy to use and fun, especially with its icons. I appreciate the customization options and that it is a Chrome app, so it extends beyond HubSpot and can be used in Gmail and other browsers. The embedding of icons helps me quickly access relevant documentation and better understand what actions need to be taken, improving my follow-up. The initial setup was really easy and seamless, not taking long at all.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I feel like the updates for the app sometimes could be cleaner. Sometimes it'll also have reminders that are outdated that we can't seem to clear.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered for sales enablement and process boards, saving me time in my pipeline. Supered ensures data clarity and reliability in CRM reports.

  ### 44. Exceptional Support and Seamless HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timy V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I really appreciate Supered for their amazing customer success team. Whenever I ask for help or a feature, they respond within twelve hours, and sometimes new features get released the day after. Even if there's a wait, they're consistently fast and go the extra mile—it's in their DNA. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Their whole customer success program is focused on making customers succeed with their software, which is really good.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

N/A everything get's resolved at the speed of light

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to ensure my teams follow processes, providing visibility into process adoption, and eliminating the need to manually check records. It also embeds and showcases sales process information within HubSpot, keeping us aligned and informed of updates.

  ### 45. Highly Recommend for RevOps: Efficient Asset Launch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari K. | RevOps Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like that Supered is quickly accessible with the sidekick sidebar, and it has a pretty clean user interface. I think it's a really useful tool, and I enjoy it a lot. Lindsay was really helpful for our onboarding, and she was kind and swift with answering questions.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

I haven't had much of a problem. I think the biggest issues I've had is been making sure I'm in the right account because I'm in multiple. Once you know where to look it's pretty friendly. No huge complaints at the moment.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to launch pre-created assets into client portals or launch cards or process rules to provide quick help for adoption and system compliance.

  ### 46. Supered Brings Structure to Slack: Clear Tasks, Follow-Ups, and Priorities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Symone R. | Marketing Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Instead of things getting lost in threads or buried in channels, Supered helps capture important messages and turn them into actions. It gives structure to all the noise in Slack so tasks, follow ups, and priorities are clear.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

If it is not set up or used consistently, people can forget to capture things in Supered and then you are back to hunting through messages again. There is also a small learning curve because it changes how people use Slack day to day.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supered solves the gap between talking about work and actually doing the work.

  ### 47. Extremely Insightful Process Visibility That Flags Gaps Instantly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kieron M. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

It's super insightful and allows you to see your daily processes in a light that you've never experienced before. Instantly the things that you thought were being done can be flagged up as incomplete etc.

It's also really easy to integrate with HubSpot - so much so that you end up using it every day without realising it.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

Nothing really - it's pretty easy to use once you understand what it is trying to do.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to understand where things are getting missed in a busy pipeline. It's not just used for deals...we use it for project tracking/management too!

  ### 48. Nails In-Line Enablement with Clear Instruction and Guardrails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

Having been designed for the purpose of creating in line enablement, instruction and guardrails, it absolutely nails it. There is a totally different aspect to it of portal replication, and this is an even better feature

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

The back end can be clunky and a little frustrating. But you will get used to it

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us structure our implementation documentation and action plan our onboarding with our HubSpot customers

  ### 49. Perfect for HubSpot Integration and Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin R. | Earcandy - Director and Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like how integrated and easy Supered is to use specifically with HubSpot. I also like the fact that it has way more flexibility than HubSpot's internal rules. The team who bought us are also very good. The setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

NA

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to ensure process alignment with HubSpot, helping with onboarding and process adherence by integrating guides directly into the platform, saving time from looking up rules elsewhere.

  ### 50. Streamlined Processes and Scalable HubSpot Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis L. S. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Supered?**

I like Supered for its ease of use and the simplicity of the problems it solves. The impacts of solving those problems for my clients are huge. I especially like its ability to help my clients with sales process enforcement.

**What do you dislike about Supered?**

There are some things about using it and building in it that may be a little confusing at first. There can be a bit of a learning curve at first but it's pretty easy to use after that.

**What problems is Supered solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Supered to manage the scalability of manual tasks like creating dashboards and workflows across multiple HubSpot accounts, helping solve process enforcement for clients.
