"Supered Improved Pipeline Visibility, Accountability, and Follow-Up Across Our Clients’ Sales Teams"
What do you like best about Supered?

As consultants, our biggest challenge is helping clients move from knowing what they should do to actually executing it consistently. Supered gave us a way to operationalize sales discipline for our clients without adding more tools or complexity.

For sales leaders, Supered has fundamentally changed how pipeline reviews happen. Instead of subjective conversations and buried opportunities, leaders now have a clear, shared view of what’s sitting in the pipeline and what needs attention. One client told us:

“It’s definitely taking a burden because now it’s like we can clearly identify what is sitting out there. I can hold people accountable to opportunities… I started doing my funnel or pipeline reviews with each rep a little bit differently.”

That visibility has made pipeline conversations more grounded in reality rather than gut feel or CRM guesswork.

For newer reps, Supered has become an organizational backbone. Clients consistently tell us it helps reps stay focused and reduces overwhelm by surfacing only what matters most. As one client shared with us:

“The new guys are like, this is helping me stay organized… It’s blurring out all that noise and pulling the things that matter to the forefront.”

This shortens ramp time, improves follow-through, and reduces the need for constant manual oversight from managers.

Even veteran reps benefit. Several clients have told us Supered helped surface forgotten deals and stalled opportunities that would have otherwise been lost. One leader summed it up well:

“Our veterans love the system… it was that eye-opener of, ‘Oh yeah, I forgot about those deals I need to follow up on.’” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

Supered evolves quickly, which means ongoing enablement matters. Teams get the most value when the rollout includes clear guidance and reinforcement. The product’s pace isn’t a drawback — it just benefits from intentional adoption and usage habits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supered Brings Structure, Accountability, and Predictable Pipeline Visibility"
What do you like best about Supered?

Supered brings structure and accountability to sales processes in a way that actually sticks. Instead of relying on reps to remember steps or managers to constantly chase updates, Supered embeds the process directly into the workflow. That consistency improves execution across the board and removes a lot of ambiguity around what should happen next in a deal. From a leadership perspective, it creates far more confidence in pipeline visibility and forecasting because deals are progressing in a predictable, standardized way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

The only real challenge is keeping pace with how quickly the product evolves. The Supered team ships improvements and new features frequently, which is great from an innovation standpoint, but it does mean you need someone internally who stays on top of updates to fully take advantage of everything. Without that ownership, it is easy to miss newly released capabilities that could add even more value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Guides reps without getting in the way of how they actually work"
What do you like best about Supered?

Supered lets us serve the right information at the right moment inside HubSpot without turning the CRM into a bureaucratic mess. Process rules and cards help guide reps through edge cases contextually, instead of forcing them to fill out dozens of required fields just to move a deal forward. It aligns perfectly with our philosophy of the CRM assisting reps rather than getting in their way, while still improving data quality and consistency across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

Because Supered is so flexible, it requires some upfront thought around how you want to design and govern process rules across teams. If you don’t have clear ownership or standards early on, it’s easy to create overlap or redundancy as more teams adopt it. That said, this is more of an organizational consideration than a product limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supered Turns Enablement Into Execution - Bridging Strategy and Results"
What do you like best about Supered?

Supered turns enablement into execution. Data, processes & fancy CRM builds are nothing if teams are not using them. Supered shows teams exactly how to and when to run processes - embedded within their day to day activities. Easy for admins to setup - even easier for reps to use. It’s one of the rare resources that actually shortens the gap between strategy and results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

Honestly, the only downside is that it sets a very high bar. Once you use Supered, most other “enablement” content feels overly theoretical or painfully slow by comparison. It can make you impatient with tools or programs that don’t prioritize clarity, speed, and real execution the way Supered does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Must Have for Process Consistency and Data Quality"
What do you like best about Supered?

Supered helps reps actually execute on the process rules that are set. It makes sure the same steps are followed for every deal going through the pipeline, which brings a lot more consistency and confidence to the way the team works. Reps don’t have to guess what to do next, and with the internal reporting managers don’t have to constantly wonder where things stand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

This is honestly both a pro and a con. I’ve been a Supered user for a long time, and the team moves quickly. Just when it feels like I have everything dialed in, they roll out a new feature or refine an existing tool to make it even better. From a product perspective, that’s great, but it can also be hard to keep up with the pace of change. If you don’t have someone actively tracking updates and new releases, it’s easy to fall behind and miss everything Supered is capable of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The MUST-HAVE Sidekick for HubSpot (CRM) GTM Teams"
What do you like best about Supered?

I think the question is what "don't" you like?

The answer: Nothing.

Embedded knowledge (modern, muilti-media), real-time validation, change management. The toolset is a MUST HAVE for HubSpot and GTM Teams. We use all of them for our clients and allow us to make significant impact. The structure and ease allows us not only to provide near-real-time value but also show our work build upon each new feature set. As well as compile a repo/knowledgebase that is PERFECT for AI training data for experiementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

I don't have more hours in my day to spend leveraging it. (aka Nothing) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms business processes and Workflows with Ease,"
What do you like best about Supered?

I like Supered for its ease of use and the ability to transform businesses quickly by unlocking data. The process rules it brings into data processes are perfect for driving the GTM engine. It's super easy and intuitive, making it ready to go straight out of the box. Once the content is updated, it goes live quickly. I appreciate how it allows reps to see instantly what they need to do next, helping them complete their processes efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

It could be more improved in terms of its ease of use on different search engines. At the moment, it's stuck on Chrome and needs to be used across other providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hyper-Focused User-Enablement Tool You're Missing From Your Toolbox"
What do you like best about Supered?

Supered acts like a virtual highlighter in HubSpot by surfacing records that need action and guiding my team on exactly what to do next. If you can use logic and filters in HubSpot, you can set up highly effective Supered rules with zero learning curve. These rules show on individual records in HubSpot to reinforce what should already be happening, visualizing your processes for your users. This is much more effective than using dashboards and reports, or tasks that quickly get buried in the volume of the activity tab. Setup was straightforward once I committed to making the time, and this small investment was well worth it. Matt and his team helped me focus on the highest-impact use cases rather than trying to do everything at once, which sped up the initial deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

Individual filter settings are not saved on the front end from session to session, which can be a little frustrating for users. When a user first opens their Supered Sidekick panel in HubSpot and goes to the Process tab, they need to apply filters each time, whereas most users would like them to be saved until they choose to change them. It's a small friction point in an otherwise valuable and user-friendly application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers HubSpot Adoption With Ease and Precision"
What do you like best about Supered?

I use Supered to drive adoption and behavior change inside HubSpot, and it effectively solves the gap between designing a great system and people actually using it properly. Supered allows me to provide continuous enablement by embedding guidance, prompts, and reinforcing and measuring process adherence in real time, exactly where the work happens. This ensures that the revenue systems I design don't just exist in theory but are actually followed and adopted. I really like how the Supered team genuinely understands partner needs and listens carefully, deeply understanding the ecosystem. Installing Supered is really easy, just a few clicks to get started. Plus, the Supered Slack channel is indispensable for me. Supered makes everything seamless, and I give it a 10+ when recommending it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

More of a feature request - I would love an AI tool inside Supered to prompt card, guide, rule creation, etc. and an Advanced skills/refresher course because I can't keep up with all the updates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformative for Team Processes and Client Collaboration"
What do you like best about Supered?

I really like Supered for its process boards. They help us build processes and enforce team behaviors, ensuring that people don't forget to do certain activities in our CRM. For our sales team, it makes sure we're contacting leads every couple of days to prevent them from going cold. It also helps ensure data is updated properly, maintaining good data hygiene. For the account management team, it ensures thorough onboarding, helping us complete our discovery docs correctly. I appreciate being able to see everything the team is doing from a birds-eye view. Supered has helped us scale our team by building and storing training action plans and packages internally, including quizzes inside of action plans. Externally, clients love that it embeds into HubSpot, offering pop-outs, a knowledge base, guides, and process enforcement. The process boards are a game-changing addition, allowing us to track client activities effectively. The team is wonderful to collaborate with, providing valuable advice on growing our HubSpot partnership and really caring about our success. Overall, I'm a HUGE Fan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

Adding a new client account isn't a huge deal, but it involves a couple of steps that can be a hurdle to train new hires on. It's a bit hard for new team members to understand how to set up a client account for the first time, it just takes a few repetitions to get right between connecting the accounts, adding users, then adding the right initial packages. Some of that can actually be improved by us building it into an action plan in Supered so it's not a huge deal, it's just the only hurdle we run into when teaching new team members. Once they get it and understand how the tool works, it gets easier. It is a very unique tool in a unique division of software and enablement so like anything new, there will be an adoption timeline.
