"Very Intuitive and Easy to Use"
What do you like best about Supademo?

It saves time with having to write out a procedure that would include a lot of screenshots, steps, recordings, etc. This way, I was able to draft out a procedure through a demo, and my colleagues shared that it was much easier for them this way, instead of having to read so many words and sentences. What do you dislike about Supademo?

I would suggest having more options to highlight important parts, other than the 3 options we have at the moment (callout, hotspot, etc). Also, I would like to be able to add emojis to the text to make it seem more relatable.

I would also like to be able to choose the tone of the messages generated by AI - formal, casual, friendly, concise, more detailed, etc

The biggest issue I noticed is that the steps are not properly recorded whenever I switch to mobile view on my desktop, and lots of steps are skipped and not recorded. If this is improved, I think this would make Supademo the ultimate platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Supademo completely transformed our user onboarding experience at Vouch (https://vouch-app.com). Its intuitive recording feature makes capturing workflows effortless, and the smart pointer triggers provide context exactly when users need it, based on their interactions. The aesthetics are clean and easily customizable, blending perfectly with our brand identity, and the setup + integration experience was a breeze thanks to their recording tools, allowing our non-technical team members to also work on the flow with ease.

The persona-based journey mapping is invaluable for platforms like ours, where users assume multiple roles (requester, voucher, and vouchee). Supademo effortlessly handles this complexity, significantly reducing confusion and streamlining user education. Additionally, the ability to split tutorials into "Chapters" is brilliant—allowing us to provide timely, context-specific guidance exactly when it's needed, such as during user-to-user chats where gig details are confirmed (which happens later on in a user’s gig journey after they’ve received candidates).

Embedding these interactive demos directly into our landing page will also greatly elevate our site's interactivity, clearly communicating value to prospective users far better than static videos. What do you like best about Supademo?

What I like best is how incredibly easy and visual it makes the whole process of creating demos. Supademo turns something that used to feel heavy and time-consuming into a really smooth and even enjoyable experience. The interface is clean and aesthetic, and that matters when you’re trying to produce something that both your team and your audience will actually want to watch.

Another thing I love is that even on the freemium model, the level of customization is surprisingly high. It doesn’t feel like you’re locked out of key features just because you’re testing the product. From the very beginning, I was able to create demos that looked professional and polished without having to upgrade right away. That’s rare with freemium tools.

Since I started using Supademo, I’ve found myself applying it in more and more areas of my work. It’s not just marketing campaigns or product updates, we now use it internally too. For example, our team works fully remote, and Supademo has become a kind of “knowledge base in motion.” We use it to explain new processes on the platform, to walk through tutorials, and even to make onboarding new employees faster and clearer.

Before Supademo, we relied on Loom. It worked, but Supademo feels better suited for product-related work because it’s more cost-effective, gives more control over structure and detail, and lets you decide whether to keep things very short and sharp or go into more depth. That flexibility is one of the biggest upsides for me, it adapts to the context rather than forcing one style of demo.

The reduncy of the langauge written by the AI. For example, saying Firstly, or Next or Afterwards foe each step is not required and it makes the langage sound robotic.
